Standardized Design and Evaluation of Coordinate Measurement Based on the New Generation of GPS

Article Preview

Abstract:

Currently coordinate measurement has been the most important methods of geometric measurement. The measuring principle is completely different with traditional instrument such as gauges, caliper etc. Instrument accuracy assessment, traceability methods and the evaluation of the measurement results have been the research focus. This paper presents a method for specification design and evaluation of coordinate measurement combined with the new generation of GPS (Geometrical product specifications), which are verified by measuring concentricity using laser tracker.
