Abstract:

According to the current situation of integrated and designing experiments in our college, experiments involving the extract, identification and determination of polysaccharides and flavonoids in corn silk were set as integrated training course for undergraduates. On the purpose of enhancing comprehensive experimental skills of the students, integrating the theories they learned in classes with practice, making students comprehending relevant knowledge of organic chemistry, analytical chemistry, natural pharmaceutical chemistry and pharmaceutical analysis, the sense of scientific innovation and changing waste into valuable was trained.
