Abstract: The g factors for the cubic Fe+ centers in LiF and NaF are theoretically investigated from the perturbation formula of the g factor for an octahedral 3d7 cluster including the contributions from the ligand orbital and spin-orbit coupling interactions. The increasing order of the g factor (i.e., LiF < NaF) can be ascribed to the decrease in covalency and the strength of cubic crystal-field of the systems. The validity of the results is discussed.

Abstract: Microwave-assisted solvent extraction of Yanzhou and Shenfu coal with acetone was carried out, and the extracts were analyzed by GC/MS. The results show that the extracts include aromatic hydrocarbons and alkanes. Aromatic hydrocarbon naphthalene and alkylnaphthalene compounds appear mainly in the Yanzhou coal, while the arenes in extracts are dominent in Shenfu coal. A certain number of branched alkanes from the Yanzhou coal extracts were detected, while only one branched alkane was detected from shenfu coal extracts.

Abstract: A novel method for the indirect determination of methimazole by spectrophotometry using phenanthroline-Fe(Ⅱ) has been established. The results showed that in acid medium, Fe(Ш) could be reduced to Fe(Ⅱ) by hydrosulfuryl(-SH) in methimazole molecule, and then using phenanthroline as chromogenic reagent of Fe(Ⅱ), and the content of methimazole was determinated indirectly through determinating the content of Fe(Ⅱ) by spectrophotometry. The various effect factors on the determination of methimazole by spectrophotometry using phenanthroline-Fe(Ⅱ) were investigated in detail. The maximum absorption wavelength of chromogenic system was 509 nm, good linear relationship was obtained between the absorbance and the concentration of methimazole in the range of 0.0016~0.0064 mg/mL,the equation of the linear regression was A = 0.1942 + 64.598ρ (mg•mL-1),with a linear correlation coefficient was 0.9995.This proposed method had been applied to determinate of methimazole in real pharmaceutical, and the results agreed well with those obtained by pharmacopoeial method.

Abstract: Direct flotation of zinc oxide ore is characterized by poor recovery of only around 50% of zinc. Hydrothermal sulfidation of hemimorphite with elemental sulfur resulted in the formation of stable metal sulfide compounds that would enhance zinc recovery by flotation process. The variables considered in the study were sulfur dosage, temperature, time, stirring speed and particle size. Temperature was the most important factor. The experimental data indicated that under the hydrothermal conditions with sulfur dosage 1.2, temperature 220 °C, time 180 min, agitation speed 500rpm and particle size74-106μm, and 73% hemimorphite conversion fraction was achieved.

Abstract: The oxidation of phenanthrene, with peracetic acid and by means of reaction distillation, into 2,2’-diphenic acid, and determination of phenanthrene, phenanthrenequinone and diphenic acid in the oxidation reaction mixtures, with a HPLC, have been studied. For the determination of phenanthrene, phenanthrenequinone and diphenic acid, the experimental results showed that the concentrations of the three components and their corresponding peak area presented good linear relationship. And for the oxidation, main technical parameters optimized by orthogonal test. The optimum conditions were as follows: molar ratio of phenanthrene to acetic acid: 1.0:25.0; molar ratio of phenanthrene to H2O2: 1.0:8.0; dropping time of 30%H2O2: 9h; reaction time:18h;solvent: benzene; reaction temperature: about 90°C(boil).

Abstract: The sediment in the parts of Yitong river, located at the central of Jilin province, was taken as the research object, and the organic-mineral complex of soil samples was grouped by the improved colloid grouping method described by Qiulin. The distribution characteristics of the organic carbon in sediment organic-mineral complex were studied. The results showed that the organic carbon absolute contents in different groups were G2>G1>G0 group in <10μm and <2μm sediment organic-mineral complexes. The absolute content of organic carbon in G2 group was the highest, but G1 group had the highest relative content, which indicated that in three groups of sediment, G1 had a very prominent effect on organic carbon accumulation.

Abstract: Spray sulfuric acid rain solution, nitric acid rain solution and mixed acid rain solution on pakchoi in the greenhouse. Strong acidic acid rain inhibits the formation of the nutrients in the cabbage. While week acidic acid rain promote the formation of the nutrients in the cabbage. Nitric acid rain has the greatest impact on the quality of pakchoi nutrition.

Abstract: Experiments on the interaction mechanism between lithium chloride and amorphous Al(OH)3 were designed and conducted applying simulated brines and aqueous solutions, respectively. The concentrations of lithium ion in the different solutions were determined and XRD patterns of solids formed between lithium chloride and amorphous Al(OH)3 were obtained. The data were fitted according to related dynamic equations. The results show that the variation of the concentration of lithium ion with time obeys the first order reaction dynamic equation, and the mechanism of the interaction should be chemical reaction between lithium chloride and amorphous Al(OH)3. Li/Al ratio should be 1:2 in the formula of the solid products.

Abstract: It is reported that two villages and 21 samples in the suburbs of Changchun. We have made a survey and evaluate to the soil pollution of heavy metal elements(Cu, Zn, Cr, Co, Pb, Ni, As, Se, Hg, Cd) . It is show that land of Changchun suburban are not affected by pollution of heavy metal elements, and heavy metal elements includ Zn > Cr > Ni > Cu > Pb > As > Se > Cd > Hg.

Abstract: The sediment of the Yitong which is located in the middle of Jilin Province is selected as the object of study. The distribution characteristics of nitrogen content in colloidal dispersion complex were studied using the improved Qiulin colloid dispersion grouping method, . The results showed that the absolute amount of nitrogen in G0>G2. Among the group of complex of < 10μm, the absolute amount of nitrogen in G2 group is maximum, but the contribution to the sediment nitrogen stability is minimal. The total weight (total G) of complex of < 10 μm accounted for about 27% of the sediment, but the content of nitrogen accounted for about 49% of the total sediment nitrogen, which indicated the importance of the complex of < 10 μm to the stabilization of the sediment nitrogen.
