The Protoplast Preparation of Two Strains of Saccharamyces cerevisae

Abstract:

This paper researched on the condition of protoplast preparation for two strains isolated by myself, selected the different of time、concentration of zymolase and temperature, in the end ,the proper condition was the 0.2mg/ml of zymolase, 30°C, the time of 40 minutes, the ratio of regeneration was 68.2%.
