The Design of Metrological Standard Device for the Vehicle Mass Analysis System

Article Preview

Abstract:

In order to determine the metrological performance of the whole vehicle mass analysis system (VMAS), in this research, we designed a set of metrological standard device which could estimate the global error of VMAS. The VMAS metrological standard device which was composed of three parts: operating console, gas sources and control unit of reference gas would calculate the theoretical total emission and compare with the measured value. The results indicate that this standard device will well satisfy the verification requirement of VMAS and evaluate the whole metrological performance of VMAS.
