The Principle of Emergency Cut-off Valve Hydraulic Servo Control and Simulation and Analysis for Emergency Cut-Off

Article Preview

Abstract:

The system is under the control of electro-hydraulic servo loop, and makes it possible to automatically adjust the valve in real time. It uses the accumulator as a power source of emergency cut-off to achieve cut-off of the valve. Based on AMESim, we established a mathematical model of the Emergency Cut-off Valve that can make a simulation analysis about the data of displacement, velocity, acceleration when it shut down. This study provides a theoretical basis to the analysis and design of Emergency Cut-off Valve.
