Modeling and Simulation of the Crawler Passing Institutions of a New Type of Entertainment Machine with Mechanical Engineering Materials

Abstract:

The research is a passing mechanism of one new entertainment machine .It can deliver the ball to the destination by the chain wheel which can drive a track in a large angle of elevation .Through the UG6.0, one model basis on the mechanical engineering materials is accurate. It can pass the assembled passing crawlers and racks into ANSYS, at the same time it can also have a static analysis on the track firstly after the repair. Due to the mechanical engineering materials we have three operating modes that can find out the most dangerous place. With the support of the crawler calculation results, it can compute the stress condition of a rack in travel to demonstrate the feasibility of this passing scheme.
