Abstract:

The paper uses a large amount of data uncertainty analysis of a the Yunnan "12th Five-Year" period of low-carbon development, pointed out that economic development, eliminate backward production capacity, energy consumption and energy saving will be contradictions, and the main problem of the reality of low-carbon development in Yunnan.
