Research on the Bogie Maintenance for the Safely Running of Passenger Car

Abstract:

The passenger cars bogie maintenance overview is described of domestic and international; the maintenance process of the bogie is analyzed mainly. The characteristics and maintenance requirements are summarized. The influence of the fault of the wheels, the foundational brake system and the suspension system on the running security is calculated based on the simulation analysis. According to the simulation result, the recommendations for developing the maintenance process of the key components are proposed considering the engineering experience in the use of the common passenger cars.
