This study examined the architectural complex of hotel and apartment through describing its status quo and development as well as summarizing its characteristics and uniqueness. The case of Shanxi Dingchen Apartment for example to explor design patterns Apartment.The design of service apartment was analyzed in detail. With comprehensive consideration of the market reality the architectural key points and the issues for further development were explored and discussed.
