Stochastic Mechanical Characteristics of Zhoushan Marine Soil Based on GDS Test System

Article Preview

Abstract:

The mechanical characteristics of Zhoushan marine soil are of importance for proper design on local ocean environmental structures. The first-hand data got from GDS system test are helpful for quantification of these structures’ design and study. The stochastic dynamic strength spectrum of Zhoushan marine soil was established based on FFT and the stochastic spectral characteristics were offered. The analysis results show that Zhoushan marine soil is possessed of random mechanical nature.
