Abstract:

This paper firstly analyzes the present situation of carbon emissions and points out the proportion of traffic carbon emissions will be larger, then presents the urban planning strategies of reducing traffic carbon emissions.The macroscopic level should build compact city layout, efficient traffic conversion and perfect network structure; The medium level should implement the traffic organization of bus priority and suitable mixed land for walking;The microscopic level should organize TOD community for transit orient.
