Abstract:

On the basis of pointing out the fact that traditional rainwater infrastructure planning and construction has always ignored the feature of rain as resources, this paper clarified the significance of reconstructing the rainwater infrastructure system. According to their rainfall characteristics, Chinese cities can be divided into three geographically different kinds, Different methods are provided for each kind. This paper also analyzes a new rainwater infrastructure system in arid and semiarid areas, with rain garden as its core infiltration facility.
