The Type and Spatial Characteristics of Landscape Prototype in Entrance Space of Traditional Blocks in Jiangnan Area

Abstract:

Based on the methodology of architectural typology, this paper conducts a study on the landscape prototype in entrance space of traditional blocks in Jiangnan area with a point cut of spatial pattern. The research on landscape prototype extracts the basic prototype of spatial pattern through a summarization of it in entrance space on the basis of two-dimensional perspective, and seeks to provide essential base for realizing the sustainable design of landscape renovation and regeneration of traditional blocks in Jiangnan area.
