Analysis of Electrical Engineering Project Management in Construction

Article Preview

Abstract:

Project management, an important branch of management science, has got an increasing attention in various countries. Investment efficiency, social benefits, environmental benefits are affected by the quality of the construction investment projects. With the rapid development of industry and intelligent buildings, electrical engineering will become more and more useful and important. This thesis based on the engineering practice gives a systematic analysis of the role and significance of electrical engineering project management in construction.
