Abstract:

Engineering consulting as a thriving new industry, facing the world becomes the inevitable trend of its development. As an international engineering consulting company, how to make a project investment evaluation in the region which has a changing political and economic, and has a different cultural and law turns to be very important. Basis on the investigation and study of the environmental factors of the area intends to invest, this article introduce explain structure model, find the hierarchical structural relationship of related various environmental factors, then do different analysis to the factors according to the different degree of affecting. The results show that: using explain structure model in project environment analysis, we can not only find the decisive influence factor to analysis, but also provide theory support to the subsequent investment decision.
