Abstract: A wooden building includes historic buildings, villas, wayside pavilion, and so on. These buildings have one thing in common which is they are resistance fire capacity poor. The ignition point of wood is lower, and when encountering a fire the main structure of the building will be seriously damage. In most cases, these building need to be reconstruction. Also, in the initial stage of burning, smoke and toxic gases tend to hinder people from evacuating likely. Therefore, this paper is to explore monumental buildings of the “Grass Mountain Chateau" in Taiwan, which was burnt down in 2007. For a better understanding of significant parameters such as smoke and toxic gases after burning, and a further simulation of the damage degree of people evacuation, utilize fire simulation software the FDS (Fire Dynamics Simulator) of NIST ( U.S. National Institute of Standards and Technology Association Fire Laboratory) to analyze the wooden building of the case on the fire. Hopefully, to provide advices on fire prevention of wooden buildings and people evacuation by supplying quantitative data of the simulation and analysis, and to decrease the loss of buildings to the minimum and prevent casualties.

Abstract: The coating is one key technology of lost foam casting (LFC). This paper discussed the influences of refractory aggregate contents on strength, viscosity and other performances of LFC coating, and develops a high performance coating which can meet the requirement of LFC for steel casting. The results shown that with the content of the high bauxite increasing and the content of zircon powders decreasing, the strength, permeability and attached quantity of the coating increased. The best ratio of refractory aggregate is 70% high bauxite and 30% zircon powders. The optimal formula in the experiments is 70% high bauxite, 30% zircon powders, 3% sodium bentonite, 0.5% CMC and 5% ludox. This coating has good comprehensive performances to meet the requirements of LFC steel casting.

Abstract: Cycle time and buffer size are two basic and important figures during process planning of car plant. Following the mechanizing is higher and higher the random things are more and more in car production system. How to set these two figures is a problem. This paper discusses how to set cycle time and buffer size by simulation. This paper gives out some charts to do analyse of the buffer number.

Abstract: This paper present the new approach of the Holonic Manufacturing Systems. The new concept take in consideration an associated or augmented property to belong a different concepts inspired from biological social live. The new challenge on the new millennium in manufacturing process conduct in a more sophisticated and diversification techniques to approach the planning and scheduling and finally the managing complex processing in industrial environment. The answer for new context of the globalization and the mass-customization is a high responsivness in a distributed space of orders, products, resources or other necessity. To be able to answer on to mass customization process is mandatory to have a high degree of flexibility. The last major modeling in the Holonic Manufacturing Systems and Multi-agent Systems try to integrate all the aspect could be a substantial contribution to a new value compare to the classical systems.

Abstract: This paper concludes four points on relevant mechanisms of sports corresponding to technology: mechanism of technological innovation, mechanism of self-perfection, mechanisms of selection and codes of ethics. The mechanism of technological innovation provides external driving force to sports' agreement with technology, self-perfection mechanism provides internal driving force to their agreement and the mechanism of selection enables sports and technology to choose based on their own needs. While the mechanism of code provides theoretical basis and codes to the long-term sound development after sports corresponding to technology.

Abstract: In order to improve identification of new products, we study the energy efficiency test of utility boilers. According to related protocols and test method of the current boiler energy efficiency, we build up the model of boiler thermal efficiency test in direct and indirect procedure. During the procedure, we analysis some key issues such as the blended fuel problem and the desulfurizer’s effect on energy efficiency. On this basis, we develop the Utility Boiler Thermal Efficiency Test System, which is used in boiler industry and achieves the intended purpose.

Abstract: Kenkiyak oilfield in kazakstan is a low porosity, extremely low permeability and overpressure carbonate reservoir. There are different reservoir and fracture characteristics in different region. The formation pressure decline seriously and water cannot be injected into the low permeability zone. Referring to the domestic and oversea research achievement, integrating regional geologic characteristics, numerical simulation results and reservoir engineering research results, we optimize a series of the development technology policy, including the reasonable gas and water injection modes and injection opportunity, the suitable well patterns and well spacing. Meanwhile, the development mode of energy supplement in the extremely low permeability and overpressure reservoir is explored.

Abstract: Due to factors such as objective conditions, time, and cost, it is impractical to carry out substantive indoor physical modeling experiments. Numerical simulation, whilst serving oilfield computation, is an economic technology with high speed and repeatability. Based on some typical physical modeling experiments, this paper establishes a numerical simulation model on laboratory units which complies with the experiments. This model aims at fitting displacement experimental dynamics and calibrating parameters in physical modeling experiments. Via this modeling and taking the experiment on profile controlling and flooding with weak gel as an example, computations over several schemes are accomplished, which visually reveal the mechanisms of fluid direction change, oil displacement, and injection profile improvement. The results demonstrate this approach a perfect combination of physical model experiment and numerical simulation, therefore can be widely used in a variety of displacement experiments for oilfield development, to achieve comprehensive studies while saving time and cost.

Abstract: The research goal of this paper is reducing damage of low permeability gas reservoir, utilizing the natural cores which from low permeability gas reservoir as ex-periment model, based on similarity theory conducting the fluid-structure interaction experiment of reservoir fluid and injection working fluid with cores, the experimental results show that the effect of gas well reservoir fluid and external fluid with cores, it is inevitable to produce water locking mechanical for the cores which from low permeability gas reservoir, and carry out the corresponding control measures experiment research, and put forward that add alcohol to injection fluid can inhibit water locking.

Abstract: Petroleum industry is focusing on HPHT reservoir. In high-temperature conditions, fracturing fluids especially need to be stable and induce minimum damage, and have good proppant transport capabilities. In order to overcome these problems, a novel high density fracturing fluid system has been developed whose density can reach up to 1.21 g/cm3. This paper summarizes a study on formulating weighted agent, and extensive studies were also conducted to determine temperature stability and anti-shear properties and compatibility with additives.
