Abstract: This paper takes the large band sawing machine GB42500H as the research object, and establishes the dynamics models of its various parts. Respectively, the relative research is done from the theoretical modal analysis and the dynamic performance testing. According to the analysis results, the structure or geometry improvement scheme of the parts is proposed. The paper also studies preliminarily the dynamic characteristics of the large band sawing machine GB42500H. During the analysis, the models of the parts and the whole are established using the finite element method to optimize the structures of the parts and the whole. That has undoubtedly a very important significance for improving the dynamic performance for the new machine tools structure, increasing the processing accuracy, and shortening the development cycle and costs.

Abstract: Ignition energy of aviation ignition equipment is an important parameter for reliable launch of air jet. The factors are quite more that influence ignition energy and increasing the charge voltage of capacitance with high efficiency is an approach which increasing ignition energy efficiently. The charge voltage is the output voltage of switching power of ignition device. A mathematic model was constructed for switching power, and a mathematic expression were deduced about output voltage uo with input voltage ui and other elements parameters of switching power supply. An important conclusion were obtained which uo mainly depended on input voltage ui, load RL, dynatron collector peak current ICM on certain condition through a smart transform. When increasing ui, RL, ICM , uo increasing observably. The PSpice circuit simulation software is used for simulation, and the results show that the above conclusion is valid and feasible.

Abstract: The structure and principle of the nozzle electro-hydraulic servo valve was introduced, and the complicated characteristics of mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and magnetic are studied in this paper. The model of the nozzle electro-hydraulic servo valve was built based on the ITI-SimulationX software platform. The static and dynamic simulation processes were presented and analyzed regarding the nozzle electro-hydraulic servo valve. The nozzle electro-hydraulic servo valve has some advantages of rapid time respond, high stability and reliability. This paper shows the special capabilities of SimlationX to develop such a multi-domain model.

Abstract: In the process of that ocean-going ships were replenished on the sea, the control of constant tension for the overhead cable is very important. This paper redesign and simulation of the hydraulic control system of a foreign Highline constant tension winch, based on analysis of the control system of which. What will provide the experience of the design on the highline constant tension control hydraulic winch for replenishment on sea.

Abstract: The ultimate goal of the metal forming industry is to form components made of a specific material into a required shape without experiencing wrinkling, bifurcation and spring-back. This study is devoted to develop the whole process by making rules of precision for specific part geometry. For inner clutch shell a computer simulation system and the general procedure of dynamic simulation in sheet metal forming are presented. Finally compute all simulation results with reference to the original part property and recommend the appropriate process flow to produce the part, the comparison with tryout results shows that the formality simulation of thick panel with precise die face is reliable and accurate.

Abstract: In this paper, a new polymer process machine--- centrifugal extruder is introduced. The performance of centrifugal extruder had been studied by theoretical analysis. The analysis shows that the centrifugal force field can provide the solid-plug conveying pressure sufficiently and stably, which can prove the industry practicability of centrifugal extrude. By further discussion, it shows that the important influencing factors on the pressure comprise the structural parameters of the rotors and the rotation velocity.

Abstract: Simulation of a product’s cumulative deviations on its three dimensional model reflects the influence of machining errors on the product’s assembly precision effectively. However, there was little research involved on that. This paper presented an algorithm oriented to the three dimensional models of mechanical assemblies to simulate the accumulation of manufacturing deviations. Firstly, the basic theory was studied, and the principle of micro-variation of the assembly constraints was presented, based on which a solution method was given. Secondly, mating constraints defined in current CAD systems were classified, and the equivalent conversions between different type of cons- traints were set up. After that, the influence of machining error on the mating constraints was ana- lyzed, and a simulation algorithm of variation accumulation was constructed. Finally, an example was given to illustrate the validity and effectiveness of the approach.

Abstract: After Fukushima nuclear power plant (NPP) event, INER (Institute of Nuclear Energy Research, Atomic Energy Council, R.O.C.) performed the safety analysis of the failure of spent fuel pool cooling for Chinshan NPP by TRACE. In this study, by using the above TRACE results, we focused on the application of FRAPCON-3.4 in the spent fuel pool safety analysis of Chinshan NPP. FRAPCON-3.4 can calculate the temperature, pressure, and deformation of a fuel rod as functions of time-dependent fuel rod power and coolant boundary conditions. There are two steps considered in this study. The first step is the verification of the FRAPCON-3.4 by using IFA-431 experimental data. The next step is the fuel analysis of Chinshan NPP spent fuel pool by using FRAPCON-3.4 and the TRACE results.

Abstract: The supercritical and subcritical CO2 fluids are both new technologies having good industrial applications such as cleaning with the advantages of no residue, recyclability and so on. The technology of ultrasound coupled with them can enhance the dissolution and improve the mass transfer. However, there is a lack of in-depth study of its mechanism. The reasonable mechanism analysis of enhancement is stated in this paper. A new model is proposed that can simulate the dynamics of cavitation bubbles in the subcritical CO2 fluid based on the Rayleigh-Plesset equation. The effects of different parameter conditions on the dynamics of cavitation bubbles have been discussed and ideal parameter conditions which are beneficial to the dissolution are also listed from the dynamical simulation results.
