Abstract: Three-dimensional dynamic fracture process of rock under action of disc cutter is simulated by using nonlinear finite element method. Rock constitutive relationship is characterized by Drucker-Prager model. The influences of disc angular velocity and vertical force on the penetration depth and the specific energy are systematically investigated. The simulation results show that the rock fracturing process obviously presents properties of step crushing under action of disc cutter. The proposed numerical simulation presents an improvement on existing ones in terms of providing three-dimensional visual description of rock fracturing process.

Abstract: Protective layer mining is the main regional measures for control coal and gas outburst . According to the defects of the preventing coal and gas outburst technology of middle distance and low permeability and upper protective layer in western Shuicheng mining area, the coal seams coal and gas outburst original danger are analyzed and protective layer is choosed initially using gas geological theory,the choice upper protective layer feasibility is analyzed using protection layer theory. the preventing coal and gas outburst technology of middle distance and low permeability and upper protective layer control effect is studied by numerical simulation and spot investigation. The conclusions from this research:the preventing coal and gas outburst technology of middle distance and low permeability and upper protective layer can decrease coal and gas outburst prediction index and control coal and gas outburst; the coal seams coal and gas outburst original danger can be preliminarily evaluated and the evaluation result can provide the basis for protective layer choice; the preventing coal and gas outburst technology of middle distance and low permeability and upper protective layer can be applied in western marine-continental transitional facies coal measure strata.

Abstract: In view of the study insufficient of the broken rule and mechanism and feature of coal face with super thick and loose layer that crushed coal face hydraulic support, The broken rule and mechanism and feature of coal face with super thick and loose layer in LONGDONG Mine are studied and the fracture development and abscission layer growth and caving characteristics in the process of are analysed by use of theoretical analysis and physical simulation experiment and numerical simulation analysis. The study comes to the conclusion that super thick and loose layer are with caving arch structure that are different from conventional roof broken feature.the broken mechanical model of super thick and loose layer are established and the coal face caving arch parameters of super thick and loose layer are determined by use of mining rock mechanics theory.

Abstract: To predict the change trend of guizhou yellow soil moisture content, we employed the ARIMA model of time series, compared the measured data with the prediction data, and the results show that ARIMA time series model fitting soil moisture content change trend is good, predicted value is very close to the observed value. The maximal absolute error, 0.6% and the maximal relative error, 4.2%).The results have practical application value for drought research and management to provide reference[1].

Abstract: The main problem of existing methyl chlorosilane separation process is high energy consumption and low products purity. Based on the column grand composite curve is established by Aspen Plus and combined with the process integration technology, a modification of the process is proposed to improve the energy efficiency. Compared with the original process, the total condense and reboiler duty decrease by 8.47%, 8.96% respectively.

Abstract: The oil recovery of CO2 huff and puff well in ultra-low permeability reservoir is low. It is necessary to take measures to increase the development benefit. So the relevant development examples and theoretical research are taken into account in this paper, and according to liquid property and reservoir characteristics, the screening and evaluating system and grading evaluation standard of CO2 huff and puff well location is established. Based on fuzzy comprehensive evaluation, screening steps of CO2 huff and puff well location in ultra-low permeability reservoir is also established. The effect of the method has been proved by field practice. The result provides theoretical and technological support. And it provides reference for similar reservoirs.

Abstract: In this paper, the mathematical models of gas dynamics, combustion and heat transfer and dispersed phase were established for the glass furnace combustion space, according to the practical glass furnace and operation condition, the computer simulation of the glass furnace was made; the simulation results coincided with the facts. On the base the influence of particle size of petroleum coke and oxygen-enriched combustion on the furnace combustion has been simulated.

Abstract: Due to the complexity of coking coal, as well as the mixed nature of some single coal procured, the error is significantly larger to predict coke quality only through coal conventional indicators. Thus the coking enterprises urgently need a coke prediction method using many blend coal-related data. In view of the complexity of coking, there are some limitations as to the regression prediction method and neural network learning methods. On the base of the conventional indicators of single coal and coal rock indicators, the paper utilizes support vector machine to predict the cold and hot strength of coke. The experiments show that the accurate prediction of this method can meet the requirements of enterprises.

Abstract: Liquefied natural gas (LNG) cylinders application for vehicle is a new type of product in China, but the reaserch of its safety performance is less. The paper analyzed the mechanism and origination of corrosion failure of LNG cylinder materials, simulated the corrosion failure model quantitatively based on ansys software and obtained the maximum corrosion of LNG cylinders under the nominal working pressure of 1.6MPa and 3.2Mpa. The effective measure to prevent the corrosion failure of LNG cylinder is also proposed in this article.

Abstract: In order to study the effect of the impact velocity for the penetrator with enhanced lateral effect (PELE) penetrating reinforced concrete (RC) targets, penetration of PELE filled nylon against RC target using the different velocity is simulated by LS-DYNA finite element method software. Simulation shows that the impact velocity have definite effect on broken RC. On condition of PELE having penetrated target, with farther increase of impact velocity, the area of PELE broken RC on the direction of decrease firstly and augmentation thereafter, the residual velocity after penetrating target is less at the same time; Take into account validity of lateral effect and general launching condition, selecting the impact velocity at the range of 800 m/s-1300 m/s is suitable for PELE broken RC. The simulation results are in good agreement with those of the experiments.
