Abstract: Removal of wire rope surface sludge is a labor-intensive and time-consuming process. Currently, the work has not been solved. In this paper, we study the development of a wire rope surface sludge removing equipment, a water jet semi-automatic control system. In this paper, we analyze the characteristics of wire rope surface sludge and study the injection pressure of water. Moreover, we design two schemes and perform simulation tests by FLUENT to find out the best injection conditions, such as the injection pressure, injection angle, injection distance and the type of spray nozzle. Finally, we get injection pressure 2.0, injection angle 70, injection distance 50mm and fan-shaped spray nozzle.

Abstract: Aiming at characteristics of wire rope for stringing, this text designed mechanical structure of compressed air dehumidifying device, in order to study the influence of relative angle between air knife and wire rope, jet distance and inlet pressure of air knife on blowing pressure, it designed orthogonal experiment, using Fluent to simulate flow field of air knife, then obtain the flow characteristic parameters. After analyzing simulation results, the article draws a conclusion of influence of every factor on blowing pressure and the optimal level combination, providing a basis for practical dehumidifying work.

Abstract: Using finite element method, the molten steel flow process in soft-contact electromagnetic continuous casting mold is simulated. The results show that the molten steel surface were affected by the electromagnetic force and shrink to the centre, near meniscus zone the flow velocity of steel increases and appears an obvious circumfluence, a large number of inclusion float and are absorbed by flux; on the other hand, the turbulent kinetic energy significant increases in circumfluence area, this exacerbates the reaction between flux and liquid steel, the initial size of the solidification organization are refined, and the surface quality of slab are enhanced.

Abstract: The effect of insulators in a Czochralski furnace on the power consumption and the oxygen content in the melts as well as in the Si ingots was studied without considering a radiation shield. The top insulator showed better results than the other two insulators for the power consumption and Si melt temperature. The interface at the center of the melt descended in the all conditions of installing the insulators, and all interfaces were concave down. The oxygen content in the Si crystal decreased as the thickness of insulators was decreased for the top and top-side insulators, while increased for the bottom insulator.

Abstract: the emergence of combined balance technology has solved many traditional single balance problems, such as less precision, low measurement speed. But for small users who require constant transformation need high precision measurement, small volume and convenient minitype combined balance. based on combined scale analysis and simulation software, it is concluded that the minitype combined balance meets the requirement and provides groundwork for the physical balance body.

Abstract: This paper describes a parallel three degrees of freedom delta mechanism used for pick-and-place. It has the advantages of simple integral structure, strong bearing capacityhigh precisionkinematics and dynamics performance. According to this mechanism wide development prospect, the company study on the inverse kinematics inverse dynamics analysis and the static analysis by using ANSYS finite element analysis Software of Delta. These analyses have laid a good theoretical foundation for future research. These researches provide possible for widely used in foodpackingautomated assembly line occasions of small and medium-sized enterprises.

Abstract: In this paper, an electromagnetic shell part was studied with the design of die, simulation and the flow control forming (FCF) method. The important technology of FCF was the design of cavity die to control metal flow. The simulation results indicate that pyramidal faces of cavity die exerted a significant influence on qualities of parts. The simulation results also revealed that the effective stresses of the sheet were inhomogeneous and the distributions of the equivalent stress were lamellar with obvious gradients. Experimental results show that steel sheet (08Al) could be formed in one step into intricate shapes at room temperature. This confirmed that FCF is a safe, clean and practical method for the near net forming of parts.

Abstract: In this paper, structure characteristics of frame on towing machine were analyzed. Based on shell element as the meshing type, finite element surface geometry model was established. The forms of loading on towing condition were studied, it is confirmed that drum was simplified as the key point on towing condition, and then the load was transmitted by rigid connection which got key point and frame connected together; and the load was applied at centre of gravity of parts; based on the safety performance on different conditions verified by finite element analysis, the structure improvement advice was proposed for frame.

Abstract: The study proposes an optical optimal design system of light guide plate (LGP). The optimization design is conducted in the longitudinal structure of the LGP incidence plane with 3-piece LED light source. Taguchi method is also used in carrying out the design of experiment through the TracePro, optical analysis software, and the experiment data were employedd as the back-propagation neural network (BPNN) training and testing samples, and then created an optical quality predictor of the longitudinal structure; BPNN can predict the impact of incidence plane luminance versus the different constructed parameters. Finally, the optical quality predictor can effectively generate the optimal parameters settings combined with genetic algorithm (GA). The simulation results show that the proposed system improves the non-uniformity problem of the incidence plane but also makes it easier to design the longitudinal structure of the incidence plane.

Abstract: In order to explore the effect factors of thermal distortion behavior of the high speed feeding system, a methodology with partial least squares linear regression (PLSR) was brought forward to analyze the thermal process on the basis of experiments. The feeding system test-bed and the thermal behavior measurement system were established for the experiments. The experiments were conducted under both the natural heating and force cooling condition to show the feasibility of the method. The experimental scheme and procedure were also introduced in detail. On the basis of the experiments and the regression calculation, the distribution characteristics of temperature for the high speed feeding drive system and the rule of the thermal distortion behavior were explored with further discussion. The results show that the proposed method can effectively recognize the experimental data and reach high distortion identification accuracy. The resultant factors and their proportions of thermal deformation were presented through regression calculation. The prediction of the distortion at some random axis positions was done with the regression model. The result shows good performance for recognition of the axis deformation. As a result, the study effort provides a theoretical foundation for optimum design and error compensation in machining process.
