Debugging of the Dobby Shedding Mechanism of ASGT221

Abstract:

In order to disassemble,install,and debug the dobby shedding mechanism of ASGT221 reasonably,the specific steps and operation methods are put forward after exploration and practice,the paper points out the key points of debugging from six aspects,such as adjusting the position of the probes in the holes of the embossed paper,adjusting the gap between the probes and the embossed paper,adjusting the in and out gap between the pull pin and the addendum of the catch plate,installing the signal gear,adjusting the indexing cam and debugging the shedding time,so the paper can enrich and improve the operation manual of it,and enhance the quality of its operation,tamp the foundation of improving the product quality.
