Abstract: In order to verify the accuracy of cycloid tooth profile modification parameters, the experiment scheme for transmission efficiency, vibration and noise has been designed in this article, which according to the performance requirements of high-precision FA45-29 pin-cycloid drive reducer. And the connecting parts of the transmission chain used in the experiments such as experimental frame have also been designed according to the dimensions of this model. And then, we complete the measurement experiments of comprehensive experimental.

Locomotive engine, with hydraulic-motors & gears, was the selection to drive the floating sector gate; The V-rotating gate was driven by rods or hydraulic-motors.

Abstract: In order to search after a new way of the propulsion system of tracked vehicle, a novel structure form of electro-mechanical transmission was developed in this paper, through analyzing the advantages and disadvantages of existing projects of electric drive system for tracked vehicle. It could increase the rate of power exertion obviously and synthesize the mechanical and electrical strongpoint. And based on the structure form, an electro-mechanical transmission was designed with double electromotor added planetary mechanism of steering power coupling and gearshift, considering engineering realization. And then straight-line driving and steering performances of the transmission were calculated which proved that the novel electro-mechanical transmission could meet the requirement of tracked vehicle propulsion well.

Abstract: The mathematical model and 3D modeling of involute spiral bevel gears for nutation drive are considered. The basic tooth profile of involute is composed of involute curve and dedendum transition curve, and the equations have been established. The mathematical model of crown gear with involute profile is obtained, and then the mathematical models of the involute spiral bevel gears are developed. The tooth surface modeling of involute spiral bevel gear is proposed, and the 3D modeling of the involute spiral bevel gear for nutation drive is illustrated.

Abstract: This paper illustrates two kinds of combination synchronous pulley structure characteristics, the synchronous pulley structure is connected with two parts, the shaft sleeve and the wheel body and the safety pin connects the wheel body and sleeve together. When it appears overload in the process of work, the limit torque will cut the safety pin, then wheel body and shaft sleeve will be separated, in order to protect motor or important part not to be damaged. The two kinds of combination synchronous pulley can be used in different occasions according to its characteristics. This paper introduces the calculation method to design safety pin diameter and the needed materials.

Abstract: Face gear transmission is widely applied for large transmission torque, low vibration and noise, high contact ratio, not sensitive to the axial error and so on. The curved tooth face gear tooth surface geometry is different from the common spur or helical face gear. In this paper, to offset orthogonal curved tooth face gear as the research object, meshing with involute cylindrical worm, studied its tooth surface equations. With MATLAB, SOLIDWORKS and other computer-aided analysis tools, simulating the real tooth surface, drawing the offset orthogonal face gear model respectively.

Abstract: With the characteristics of good corrosion resistance, light weight and long service life, non-metallic pipeline is gradually applied in different areas of oilfield. But its physical and mechanical properties are short comparing to metal pipeline, which limits its promotion in the oilfield. So it is necessary for non-metallic pipeline to evaluate its field application in order to select reasonable pipeline and fully play its anticorrosion performance. Through contrasting and analyzing the field application and laboratory tests of non-metallic pipeline, combining its property and actual production characteristics of Lamadian oilfield, the reasonable application scope can be identified, which can provide technical basis for large area promotion of non-metal pipeline.

Abstract: Experimental study was made to raise the eligibility percentage of the fuel WTD valve flow test of X engine, thus advancing the reliability of fuel distribution of the WTD valve. The spring--valve housing matching test of this paper demonstrates that the eligibility percentage is dependent not only on the spring height, but also intimately on the geometrical regularity of gain slots and return holes. The height-variable spring--valve housing matching test of this paper testifies that the eligibility percentage of spring matching vs. height has the characteristic of normal distribution, with the pre-calculated height at the normal peak. Therefore, the spring design calculation method referenced in this paper is practicable and reliable. The valve flow test shows it is improper to decide whether a spring can be used or not just on one spring--one valve housing basis. A suitable way is to match one spring to at least two to three valve housings in order to raise productivity and application of reliable springs.

Abstract: This thesis introduces a frequency converter constant pressure water supply system which controlled by the fuzzy controller DB-3000A and the frequency converter INVTG9011T4.The double pump can be controlled by a frequency converter efficiently. The frequency conversion constant pressure water supply system is designed by a operation mechanism which has dual-pump with four status. The pressure of water supply has been decided by the water yield of consumers. The pressure value of pressure gauges decides the degree of working load. This system worked well in practical application. This system has advantages like security in operation, flexibility, electricity saving, extended the life of the pump, and so on.

Abstract: The water lubrication performance of spiral groove thrust bearings was affected by different groove molded lines. The pressure fields and the load capacity of water-lubricated spiral groove thrust bearings with different groove molded lines were simulated by computational fluid dynamics. The results show that the spiral groove which can produce the best loading capacity and steadier pressure field is appropriate to water-lubricated spiral groove thrust bearing. The line spiral groove can be used for decrease the process difficult when the loading capacity require is low.
