Beneficiation of Kaolin Ore in Guizhou Province

Article Preview

Abstract:

The paper focuses on a kaolin ore which containing harmful composition of Fe2O3, TiO2 and SO3 and uses united process of gravity-strong magnetic separation and gravity-selective flocculation-strong magnetic technology to remove the harmful composition. Finally, the united process of gravity-selective flocculation-strong magnetic separation process is better. Through a series of condition test, the concentrate with Fe2O3 grade 0.37%, TiO2 grade 0.53%, SO3 grade 0.12% was obtained. This test to increase enterprise efficiency and reduce the environmental pressure is of much benefit.
