Article Preview

Abstract:

China has rich earth resources, with the advances of technology; the processing and utilization of rich earth have been paid more attention. It reviews the important applications of rare earth in metallurgy, ceramics, glass, petrochemical industry, nuclear industry, electronic industry, agriculture and medicine. China has the superiority of rare earth resources, but the processing technology is backward, the value-added of products is very low. The phenomena of excess exploiting and fire sale are serious because of lacking of unified supervision and the legal system to manage. So China doesn't have the advantage of price. In response to this situation, raise some suggestions by consulting relevant literature.
