Research on the Construction Method of ERP System Structure of Lu Brocade Enterprises

Abstract:

ERP (Enterprise Resources Planning) is a kind of management software system which makes a balance and coordination of the overall planning and utilization of all resources on the supply chain, value chain and information chain of the enterprises. It is a management concept concerning the market orientation of production manufacturing. Lu brocade enterprises should construct the ERP system according to the actual needs. The design principle for the ERP system and benefits brought about with the implementation of the ERP system for Lu brocade enterprises in their scale operation.
