Abstract:

With the economic globalization and knowledge economy advent, the enterprises hope achieve a favorable position in the competitive market, and gain more and more attention to long-term strategic cooperative relations with partners. Fully understanding the basis of supplier management theory, the paper developed a set of supplier satisfaction evaluation index system. Combined with the actual situation of the auto parts maker SH, some comments and suggestions related to supplier management are provided for SH. This will help the supplier management and expand the market coverage to the case, and provide additional research areas of supply chain partner satisfaction.
