Abstract: Jet power drive system of quarter vehicle is put forwarded to improve starting drive efficiency. It analyzes JPD working principle, adds a jet power and researches for the basic simulation of control model with slip-rate as the control object based on PID control theory. The academic feasibility of jet power drive system is expatiated, that is based on the principle of compressed air power which is applied to the starting drive system, then establishes dynamics model of a new automotive anti-slip drive system and simulation model of ASR&JPD by the MATLAB/Simulink. The simulation tests are designed to compare with the curves of vehicle speed and driving wheel velocity using the JPD. The graph proves that JPD can reduce starting drive distance at 21%--77% and starting drive time at 12%--70%. Augmentation rate of vehicle acceleration exceeds 50%. The results show that the ASR&JPD can increase starting drive efficiency.

Abstract: In order to study comparatively the effect of different rotor structure on variable speed constant frequency generation. The simulation performance comparisons between ALA reluctance rotor and cage rotor generator are presented in this paper by MATLAB software. It is indicated that ALA reluctance rotor and cage rotor exhibits fine variable speed constant frequency generation, however, the voltage harmonic of reluctance rotor generator is more than that of cage rotor generator.

Abstract: The external rotor doubly salient permanent magnet (DSPM) motor which included permanent magnet in the rotor tooth was designed. The two-dimensional model of the motor was established and several structure parameters were analyzed by Ansoft electromagnetic analysis software. The relationship of the structure parameters and the average electromagnetic torque and winding induction potential was obtained. The simulation results show that smaller or bigger stator yoke depth and the pole thickness is not good for the motor efficient operation.

Abstract: Combustion bomb of constant volume is an important experimental tool and platform for basic research of engine combustion theory. With the engine combustion status, this paper design ignition and timing control systems for constant volume combustion bomb to provide accurate ignition parameters. And test test showed that the ignition system is feasible to meet the constant volume combustion bomb ignition and timing control requirements.

Abstract: Drastic change of the tool axis vector for five-axis CNC machining due to avoid global interference, proposed gentle forward, over-backward correction method to optimize the tool axis vector. Established a machine tool axis of rotation angular velocity constraints, and feed coordinate system, through the feed coordinate system adjust the inclination angle and swing angle of the existing tool axis vector to make the tool axis vector change between each adjacent cutter contact points satisfy the machine axis of rotation kinematics constraints and to ensure the continuity of feed rate during processing. Algorithm simulation examples show that the proposed method is reasonably practicable, make the tool axis vector changes fairing to ensure the smooth and efficient processing.

Abstract: In order to high-quality manufacture the hydro turbine blade efficiently, a series of innovative digital techniques have been developed. It includes 3-D modeling based on machining requirement, multi-axis tool path planning and generating, tool axis orientation for multi-axial NC machining of blades, machining simulation environment establishment, computer simulation for machining of a large blade to verify the gouges and collisions between machine tool, blade and fixtures. The techniques of multi-axis digital machining simulation for large-size blades can be directly applied into digital simulation processing of other sculptured surface parts, and it will completely change the traditional design and manufacturing process of turbine.

Abstract: In this paper, a novel method is proposed for identifying local interference region and generation iso-scallop tool paths based on triangular mesh model for 3-axis ball-end milling. With our method, the principal curvatures and directions at vertices have been computed first and a recursive merging algorithm for segmenting local interference regions is developed. In addition, a method of generation tool path with constant scallop height for local interference region is also presented. Some illustrative examples are tested that indicate the feasibility and availability.

Abstract: Shift schedule has an important influence on the performances of the auto with automated manual transmission (AMT). It will affect fuel economy, dynamic and emission performance of vehicle. According to the numbers of the control parameters, shift schedule can be roughly divided into threemain categories: single parameter, two parameters, and three parameters schedule.This paper introduces how to simulate and generate the shift schedule in the auto with AMT on the basis of two parameters shift schedule which is widely used in the real auto engineering by using the Gear Shift Program (GSP) module of the Cruise software.The result shows that this method could generate the shift schedule accurately and quickly.These works could be used in the effective calibration of transmissions and shorten thevehicle development cycle.

So, an un-powered mechanical structure is presented by the thesis, which can cross watertight threshold easily. On the basis of this structure,an obstacle crossing vehicle is designed for materials transporting in cabins.

Abstract: A new optical structure design method was proposed by forward-object lens, zoom lens, focus lens and behind-object lens with transmissive switch-zoom infrared system. And an alignment method of the above structure was proposed to assure the imaging precision. The larger caliber forward lens structure was designed to immovably axial with system axis, while the zoom lens structure was designed to three different structures by actual optical design for reducing system dimension. The focus lens structure was absolute configuration for the stabilization during focus. The rear lens structure was also designed to small radial clearance. A through-shaft type tooling was proposed to cooperate to adjusting and confirming of the system optical axis by exact boring machine. Experiment results showed that the alignment method can be assured precision and economized cost.
