Abstract: TSIP protocol is another code of GPS data which is different from NMEA0183. TSIP protocol supports 9600 baud rate or higher. TSIP protocol is duplex system, and in this protocol we can quickly obtain GPS information by using the special order instead of passively waiting. In this paper, the algorithm of GPS data based on TSIP protocol is proposed, and the advantages and disadvantages of TSIP is analyzed.

Abstract: Users interest discovery can be belonged to category of classification knowledge discovery, which can divide user information need into two groups as interested group and uninterested group by classification forecast analysis of user information need which reflects historical visiting information behavior of user. After analysis the use of a several methods of user classification prediction, this paper presents a modified model combining clustering algorithm was presented for improving the forecasting accuracy of SVM. The efficiency of the proposed method was tested by the user access informations log data. The results have shown that the higher accuracy is expressed in this proposed model, and it is applicable to practice.

Abstract: The typical route planning of on-board car navigation systems (CNS) attempts to find the shortest route without considering users preferences and driving contexts. However it is more effective for a user to find the most preferred route rather than the shortest one. We propose a systems engineering approach for finding the most preferred route by considering and tracking the requirements of CNS route planning from the business point of view. Our approach consists of 4 baselines: customer baseline, system baseline component baseline, and design baseline. The architecture of a route planning engine is suggested according to the baselines.

Abstract: Through the study of the multiple dimensions of supplier, this paper comes up with an index system of evaluating the quality of supplier service quality and studies the analysis and design of intelligent assessment system for supplier service quality. Based on the extensive collection of survey research result, the paper form an index set with the KPI method, then form the fuzzy comprehensive evaluation model. This intelligent assessment system map all relevant information of supplier that an earlier entered to the evaluating indicator, then output the assessment result. With the help of this system, the purpose of providing reference for that managers make decisions is attain.

Abstract: With the development of new technology, there is a lot of break-through in the systematic field of the language learning in recent several years. Digitized voice system is the representative of the new products. The function, interrelated registers and audio sampling rates of the TLV320AIC23 are introduced. The interface design, which is used CPLD to replace DSP, is put forward by analyzing. The design realizes the transition of A/D、D/A in the device digital voice system. The approach makes the system more compacted, more steadied and cheaper. And those characteristics give our design more competitive in the market. Furthermore, the most important is that we own the intellectual property of the design.

Abstract: In order to satisfy the multi-channel space testing requirement, multi-channel (temperature, liquid level, voltage, etc) testing system is designed based on PXI Bus. VC++2008 is adopted for acquisition and control programming, and the testing data can be real-time displayed in the interface. This system has already been successfully implemented in a testing task.

Abstract: Information retrieval is the activity to organize information in a certain way, and according to the users demand to find out the related information from a collection of resources. Retrieval process and technology can be based on metadata or full-text indexing. Most of the relevant information retrieval systems are devised on the computer. However, with the highly development of the embedded technology, some popular application have been developed on the platform. In this paper, we will introduce an information retrieval system on the iOS platform which is more convenient, practical, and effective compared with the traditional system. And we will introduce an application based on this system design. The experiments shown that this system was exactly effective utilized to retrieval audio information.

Abstract: A new linear prediction-based haptic data reduction technique is presented. The prediction approach relies on the least-squares method to reduce the number of data packets. Knowledge from human haptic perception is incorporated into the architecture to assess the perceptual quality of the compressed haptic signals. Experiments prove the effectiveness of the proposed approach in data reduction rate.

Abstract: This paper presents a new direction-of-arrival (DOA) estimation for wideband sources, using fractional Fourier transform with fitting angle (F3A). Unlike other coherent wideband methods, the new method does not require any preprocessing for initial values and decomposing into narrowband components. This new technique estimates DOA by rotating the time frequency plate with the fitting angle to fit the time frequency distribution approximately. The algorithm can be applied to arbitrary shaped one dimensional or two dimensional arrays. The signal frequency can be higher than the frequencies in many wideband algorithms. The performance of this wideband technique is compared with that of the new method through simulations. The simulations show that this new technique performs better than others, while this algorithm does not apparently vary with signal-to-noise ratio (SNR).
