Abstract: A remote real-time intelligent monitoring system based on ARM and DSP for precision grinding machine was reported in this paper. The monitoring system has many functions, such as video and audio monitoring, image comparison, vibration and temperature signal collection, pretreatment and storage, and real-time intelligent monitoring. A signal synchronous processing method based on interpolation theory was reported, because the frequency difference between the DSP acquisition and the ARM transmission will cause lose and vacancy problem in the process of signal transmission. As shown in the computer simulation results, the monitoring system improves the safety and reliability in the precision grinding machine process.

Abstract: The thesis established the virtual prototype model of the crane ship based on the software platform of Adams and designed the control program to control the virtual model based on Matlab/Simulink. In the ideal working condition for crane ship, the co-control effectively reduces the swing angles of the hoist by the control program of open-loop control.In the working condition when the ship has more substantial movements, Adams and Matlab co-simulation reduces the swing angles of the hoist by the control program of open-loop control to change the pitching angle and slewing angle of the boom.

Abstract: The gas turbine generators on the offshore oil production platforms commonly obtain the steady normal power supply by transferring the fuel. Previously, the control mode of fuel gas system had obvious disadvantage, this paper took the power plant system of the LD 10-1 offshore oil production platform as an example, to do the transient-state and steady-state analysis on the gas turbine fuel transfer, and to establish the effective control processes. This method has been proved to be very practical, and can greatly improve the stability of the power plant system.

Abstract: It is important for the marine engineers to master the control principle with the widely application of PLC technology on marine equipment. Basing on the characteristic of marine oily water separator, a simulating control system on marine oily water separator was designed with PLC technology to meet the need of marine engineer training and competence assessment. The system integrates drawing bilge water, separating oil and water, draining off water, draining off oil and alarm of oil content high together. With running reliable and operating simple, it helps marine engineers/ trainees to master the control principle of marine oily water separator.

Abstract: The fins are the basic components of the plate-fin heat exchanger. And fins-former is the special device to produce heat-exchanger. In this paper, some fins-former is used as research subjects, and Mitsubishis FX2N Series 32MT high-performance small programmable controller (PLC) is chosen as the main control unit to design the control system of its nesting cutting device. Then the control program is prepared. AC servo is used in the motion control system and finally the automation and control of the nesting cutting process is realized. It provides a useful method and reference for the automation control and transform of the fins-former.

Abstract: For oil well, material analysis on oil well wellhead assembly is an important factor of oil production system life. In order to ensure the long-term development of oil wells, this paper mainly introduces the the material analysis on oil well wellhead assembly,such as material analysis for environment-assisted fracture and stress corrosion on wellhead assembly, requirements for materials of oil well Christmas Tree and tubinghead and so on. By taking T1 well as an example, this paper optimizes the material selection of well wellhead assembly for T1 well. For application, the technology above has a good practicality.

Abstract: In order to improve the product’s design efficiency, decrease the period of the development cycle and ensure the effectiveness and the controllability of product information, this paper put forward a strategy of product maturity for collaborative design. First, the concept and the applicability of product maturity based on the product life management are discussed. The definition and the classification of product maturity are put forward in the process of product collaborative design. Then, the model of product design has been built based on the definition and the classification of product maturity. Finally, this paper provides the application of product maturity in the collaborative design on the collaborative development platform to verify the effectiveness and the controllability of the strategy.

Abstract: The furniture form design was studied with semiotics method. Combining with design examples, the content of form symbol in furniture was the first key of the whole study. Then, the discussion about application of form symbols in furniture design was carried on to make sure that furniture design can better meet the consumers needs of using function, symbolic value, personalization and aesthetic demand. It provided guidance for the development of furniture design.

Abstract: In order to analyze the noise properties and promote the sound comfort of the high-speed train, the noise samples are collected in passengers cars, dining cars and car joint parts at different speeds. By means of 18 sound samples, the psychoacoustic parameters of the high-speed train are discussed. Before calculation of other psychoacoustic properties, the calculation method of loudness must be properly chosen through analysis of all loudness calculation method. In the paper, the Filter/ISO 532B method is selected to obtain the loudness of the high-speed train and based on the loudness; other psychoacoustic properties are obtained and analyzed. The discussion of psychoacoustic properties is the basis of further noise evaluation and control of high-speed trains.
