Abstract: This article researches on the methods of application of Kansei Engineering and product design, which are based on the consumer questionnaires and used factor analysis to analyze quantitatively the shape intention of soy-milk grinder products. And this article combines the relative product-design methods to build the factor analysis model between perceptive images and shape elements of soy-milk grinder in order to discuss the concept-building methods of product design.

Abstract: Floor slipperiness assessment was conducted in a supermarket in central Taiwan. The floor slip resistances in the meat cutting, cooking, and baking areas were measured. The friction measurements were conducted using the Brungraber Mark II slipmeter. The results showed that the slip resistance in the meat cutting areas was significantly higher (p<0.05) than those of the other two areas. The slip resistances between the cooking (0.49) and baking (0.51) areas were not significant. The slip resistance of the dry surface (0.64) was significantly higher than those of the wet (0.28) and oily (0.34) surfaces. The slip resistances between the wet and oily surfaces were not significant. All the wet and oily floors in the shop had COF values lower than 0.5, a safety standard commonly adopted in the USA. Ergonomic interventions were recommended.

Abstract: The remanufacturability of product is mainly determined by product design and development strategy. But now most products are designed without considering the remanufacturing and recycling process. It is necessary to study manufacturers product design behavior to find measures to encourage environmentally favorable product design. Sustainable product development behavior of manufacturer population in remanufacturing was studied. An evolutionary game model with government subsidies was set up. And the evolutionary stable strategies were analyzed under different ranges of values of relative parameters. The results indicated that government subsidies were essential to make manufacturers develop sustainable product and large subsidies always worked well. Especially the results showed that small subsidies also worked under certain conditions, which including the initial state of manufacturer population and the relationship of government subsidies and manufacturers revenues under different product development strategies.

Abstract: Based on the powerful 3-D modeling, analytic and computational functions provided by SolidWorks, achieving data conversion with mechanical dynamic simulation software through the interface software, the research designed a low-cost, high-applicable virtual prototype of surmounting transport vehicles. Abstract: During the course of practice of creation and design, we always attempt to emphasize the function of inspiration in innovation design. But when the inspiration is translated into products we usually meet these bottleneck problems, such as how the inspiration translates into design elements, how the design elements get utilized in concrete innovation products. Abstract: The automotive industry is an industry with high relational degree, and automotive industry has become a pillar industry. At this stage, a large number of OEM (original equipment manufacturing) cooperation made the car ownership a sharp rise. However, the independent design capacity raised limitedly, and the design capacity depend on foreign. Based on the analysis of the auto industry, this paper started from aspect research such as basic research, automotive design and management, automotive manufacturing, recycling and re-manufacturing, policy and education, and explored the major factor which impede the generation of the China's automotive design chain. And we proposed some basic solution ideas. Industrial design plays an important role in building China's "automotive design chain". In a regional perspective, we focus on the importance on institutional innovation and the five base service platforms for building the design chain, and improve the automotive design chain level.

Abstract: In order to solve design contradiction between high productivity and complexity of the Device,innovation theory TRIZ has been introduced into design process. Using TRIZ theory, a technical analysis of automatic transplanting machine is conducted. Aiming at the agency’s objective function features, innovative solution is achieved by system functional analysis of the institution, and the engineering features and contradiction matrix has been extracted. Through the contradiction matrix table, 40 innovative principles, and 39 engineering parameters of the TRIZ innovation principles, combined with the characteristics of the automatic transplanting machine, innovative design of transplanting mechanism has been made. Shown by the optimization design, the matrix diffusion agency can improve the productivity significantly.
