Abstract: In this paper, a new model of oligopolistic competition for green supply chains is developed in the case of single product with the inclusion of environmental concerns. Each firm aims to not only maximize its profit but also minimize its emissions throughout its supply chain. Genetic algorithm is utilized for solving the Nash-Cournot equilibrium without any assumption of continuity and differentiability. With the numerical examples, we not only illustrate the generality of the modeling framework but also how the model can be used in practice to comprehend the effects of changes in the weights.

Abstract: The supply of environment-friendly products is an integral part of the green supply chain. Due to such reasons as lack of high-tech and lack of price competitiveness in contrast to traditional products, the manufacturers will not have incentive to produce and supply green products, so the Government should grant financial subsidies to producers which will compensate the profits entitled to them. Through the analysis based on game theory, the article concludes that there is disadvantage in constant subsidy and the variable subsidies will have more positive effects on the supply of environment-friendly products since the subsidy amount varies with the production scale.

Abstract: Aimed at the complexity and uncertainty of the diagnosis analysis of supply chain performance, this paper proposes a kind of diagnosis method of supply chain performance based on Bayesian network (BN). Based on the self-adaptive fuzzy interpretive structural model proposed in this paper, effective information could be provided to the structural learning of BN to enhance the modeling precision and reliability. Finally, according to investigating supply chain performance data of C Group, BN diagnosis model of supply chain operational cost is established. The consistent empirical analytical result and management practice prove the validity and feasibility of the method in this paper.

Abstract: The sequestration of forest, farmland, and Green garden carbon inJiangmen City during 2004 to 2010 has been estimated. The biggest carbon sink in 2010 is the forest, with an annual carbon sequestration of ; next is the farmland, with an annual carbon sequestration of . The C uptaken by these two types of carbon sinks accounts for 95% of all the carbon sinks in Jiangmen City. Potentials for the increase of carbon sinks are then discussed. To popularize growing green manure during winter may increase carbon sequestration at about every year. If all the newly established open forests in the whole City in 2010 are fenced for forest conservation, an annual carbon sequestration of may be expected to increase in two years. If the per mu yield of crops below the average of Guangdong Province in 2010 are increased to the average, an annual carbon sequestration of may increase.

Abstract: Introduced intelligent agents to agile supply chain, designed multi-agent coordination mechanism for agents, then proposed agile supply chain based on multi-agent system. This mechanism is applied to a specific enterprise. Multi-Agent strengthens the agile supply chain system reliability, flexibility and scalability, and improves the competitiveness of enterprises.

Abstract: This paper attempts to illustrate the benefits of supply chain partnerships with information sharing, especially with the inventory information sharing. Based on a two-stage supply chain comprising a retailer and a manufacturer, quantitative analysis have been performed to explore supply chain members' optimal inventory control policies, specifically, both the retailer and the manufacturer can obtain performance improvement in terms of inventory cost with the inventory information sharing.

Abstract: Control and allocation of carbon emissions for government has become an important way to reduce carbon emissions. How to allocate the carbon emissions reasonably and orderly is a core issue. Based on the supply chain profit distribution model, this paper by introducing the government how to allocate carbon emissions, a quantitative model of the carbon emissions allocation of government is built, and the carbon emissions of enterprises by the bilateral negotiation between government and enterprise are analyzed. Our conclusions provide the decision-making for the relevant departments to design the allocation of carbon emissions.

Abstract: ts significant that auto energy-saving and emission reduction to achieve the whole societys energy-saving and emission reduction, to promote the optimization and upgrading of the automobile industry, to create the modern automobile industry which is characterized by structure optimization, rational layout, advanced technology, and friendly environmental, and ultimately realize the transformation from the automobile power to auto giant. This paper firstly analyses the significance of auto energy saving and emission reduction in China, then points out the six main technical way to realize the vehicle energy-saving and emission reduction, and the existing problems in every kind of current techniques, then puts forward the corresponding measures and suggestions.

Abstract: According to the present situation of lack of systemic analysis for manufacturing resources optimization operation for iron and steel enterprise in domestic and overseas, a resource input/output frame about steel and iron manufacturing unit was established to analyze the resource consumption situation, and the main line of steel green manufacturing resources was built, which is based on the theory and method of green manufacturing and the operation law of iron and steel enterprise. And manufacturing resources optimization operation strategies were put forward for iron and steel enterprises, considering the resource transformation and consumption from the whole steel product life cycle. The operation strategies can provide guidance ideas for the iron and steel enterprises the most efficient use of material resources and the least energy consumption in the steel manufacturing process.

Abstract: Introduced flexibility index method to study service-oriented manufacturing enterprise agility. Analyzed agility needs and elements of service-oriented manufacturing enterprise: customer participation, manufacturing network, mass customization mode and information integration platform. According to CTRS(Cost, Time, Robustness and Suitability) norm defined elements flexibility index. Results show elements resource utilization factor has a significant effect of agility while the time dimension is weak. Enterprises can shorten manufacturing and R & D time and expand marketing channels to improve the overall agility.
