Abstract: Customers requirements are mapped into function modules, matching with structure modules and signing the corresponding structure entities. Main structure of product family can be depicted as a directed complex network. Parameters such as node betweenness, edge betweenness and Q function values are calculated through simple-path detecting algorithm, for obtaining distributing curve of Q and clustering dendrogram which we can gain division results from. The results are adjusted and optimized according to the parts usage times and structure entities with sign. As an example, the product family of industry steam turbine is analyzed with this algorithm and some practical results are obtained.

Abstract: Based on the investigation and analysis of the traffic volume in highway tunnel group region, the development trend of traffic volume is analyzed by Grey model. Then the prediction accuracy is improved by Markov optimization. The method in this paper has a better prediction accuracy and practicality in a period than other common prediction methods. It can be used for the prediction analysis of traffic volume and for early warning by highway management.

Abstract: As the development of the economy, port service industry plays an important role to the modern port city more and more. It has not only become the main factor on influence the port efficiency and port competition, but also a channel which the port promotes the regional economy development. As a window to the world market of city,the developing of ports are faster than before since China reform and opening. Port construction has been accelerated day by day. But the developing of the port services industry is also relatively lagged compared with the other industries. In this paper, taking Ningbo port and Shanghai port as research objects, adopting the AHP as the study method, analyzing and comparing the developing level of their port service, finding the gap and the main reasons that lead to the gap, hoping to do some contribution to the theory and practice of the port service.

Abstract: This paper proposes a design of cigarette WSM (Warehouse Management System) which is based on RFID by analyzing the workflow of the system. The architecture and some function modules of the cigarette warehouse management which are based on computer network, Software development and RFID technology are discussed.

Abstract: This paper introduces the main application of cigarette pallet warehouse system and RFID pallet. The function of a whole stack of pieces of cigarette combined with the cigarette pallet warehouse system was simulated, such as: input, output, inventory, stock transfer and so on. The key part of the system is the use of RFID reader and tag.

Abstract: Based on China railway freight transportation network, this paper builds the railway transport network. Then, according to uneven distribution of capacity and the problems of asymmetric information, low efficiency of railway freight transportation, the paper puts forward the resolving method by whole network Christopher of the social network analysis. In this paper, according to the China railway transportation network statistics results of China railway freight transportation network Christopher, whole Christopher coefficient is 0.39. Originally, the study also concluded that the degrees of freight volume, using to finding out the problems of multiple nodes, sorting and take the strategy to improve group coefficient better. All in all, this paper solved the problem of China railway network understanding and gave advice for improving China's railway transportation economic benefits.

Abstract: Vehicle tracking is a very powerful ingredient in developing location based services such as passenger notification system. It provides value to passenger and gives tools for analysis, evaluation, and management strategies for businesses. A major challenge is for businesses to implement such systems. Tracking systems are either too simple to do the task or too complex and expensive to develop. In this paper a flexible and scalable system design for building such solutions is proposed using University Putra Malaysia (UPM) student bus scheme. System specifications has been calculated, designed and simulated providing an efficient system with the capabilities of monitoring buses, inform student with current bus location and time to arrive and also send phone messages and e-mails to students upon request.

Abstract: Based on the current research status of logistics capability evaluation, the system of ability evaluation index in the emergency logistics center is constructed in this paper, on the basis of which the evaluation value of the expert linguistic variables is transformed into interval number , the maximum deviation method is used to determine the attribute index weight and finally TOPSIS method is used to calculate the distance between the ideal solutions and negative ideal solutions in each scheme and calculate the relative close degree, according to which the arranging order of each scheme is determined, and thus provides an important basis for the construction of emergency logistics center and its performance evaluation in the unconventional emergencies.
