The Electronic Counting System Design Based on Single Chip Microcomputer

Article Preview

Abstract:

Posture in the drug particles falling was changed through the interaction of rotating plate , apron and the centrifugal force of the plate, in order to achieve the tablet as a single order fall, to avoid duplication of drug particles. Counting drug granules using the photoelectric effect, received signals through the data acquisition circuit. When the count was the same as the value set in advance, the relay acted, and the flap opened, tipped by the alarm circuit for changing bottles. This single-chip counting device in factory production lines for product statistics, has irreplaceable advantages compared to other counting devices.
