Abstract: Most commonly, residents are always arguing about the satisfaction of sustainability and quality of their high rise residential property. This paper aim is to maintain the best quality satisfaction of the floor materials by introducing the whole life cycle costing approach to the property manager of the public housing in Johor. This paper looks into the current situation of floor material of two public housings in Johor, Malaysia and testing the whole life cycle costing approach towards them. The cost figures may be implemented to justify higher investments, for examples, in the quality or flexibility of building solutions through a long-term cost reduction. The calculation and the literature review are conducted. The questionnaire surveys of two public housings were conducted to make clear the occupants evaluation about the actual quality conditions of the floor material in their house. As a result, the quality of floor material based on the whole life cycle costing approach is one of the best among their previous decision making tool that was applied. Practitioners can benefit from this paper as it provides information on calculating the whole life costing and making the decisions for floor material selection for their properties.

Abstract: According to the mechatronics design curriculum characteristics, in order to stimulate the interest of students in learning, task-driving teaching method was introduced. Through teaching reform, this paper proposed to take tasks for clues, to guide students to complete learning tasks. Finally, the teaching effect of the task-driving teaching mode was evaluated, which decreased repeated work and increased design efficiency.

Abstract: The quantitative assessment of reliability of Safety Instrument System (SIS) is very important in upgrading its security. The calculation of reliability of SIS based on Markov model has been largely used by scholars and research institutions. Assume that each state has a fixed value in the Markov Model. While in practical application, each state changes from the best status to the second-best status. This thesis will introduce D-S Evidence Theory into Markov Model, fully using SIS Reliability Function and Plausibility Function to reflect the changes of each state and assess its safety more exactly and precisely.

Abstract: The bidding decision-making of power plant was a complicated system engineering which had high complexity and real-time, so power plant must rely on the support of information technology to complete the bidding. Therefore, how to use all kinds of advanced information technologies had become one of topics which broad power enterprises must face. This paper established a kind of intelligent decision support system (IDSS) which was based on multi-agent intelligent decision support system and combined with the data warehouse, data mining and on-line analysis processing. Compared with the former information management, IDSS had so many advantages in auxiliary support for decision-making. If it was applied to power plant bidding strategies or other semi-structural and unstructured problems in power market, it would provide good auxiliary support for them.

Abstract: Based on the BSC (balanced score card) and its expansion theory, this paper regards the fuzzy algorithm as the means and the empirical research of sampling of the large and medium-size enterprises as the basis, then combines the characteristics of the enterprise sectors and activities to build a set of evaluation index system of ERP implementation performance, which is objective, valid and integral. This aims to improve the success rate to implement ERP for enterprises and promote their business processes as well as the performance.

Abstract: Aiming at the water security problem, the Reclamation area was took example to analysis. The WPI of every three years during 2000-2009 of Reclamation area is calculated by using weighted average method. The results show that WPI appears in an increasing trend during past 10 years in Reclamation area. If the following aspects can be improved in the future including controlling the pesticide and fertilizer, reducing water loss and soil erosion, increasing forest coverage, irrigation efficiency and investment in hydraulic construction, the utilization rate of water resources will be further improved.

Abstract: On the basis of analyzing and researching the managemant process and organizational supporting structure of Program management, this article analyzed the information flow and information planning of Program management according to input information and output information of each management process of Program management. Then on the basis of analyzing various function requirements of Program management information system for each management subject, design the function and structure system of Program management information system, to construct a basic model of Program management information system.
