Light Dimming Algorithm Based on Users' Activities for Wireless Sensor Networks

Article Preview

Abstract:

In order to solve the problem of small storage space and low calculation power in lighting dimming system for wireless sensor networks, a light dimming algorithm based on users activities for wireless sensor networks is proposed. It adopts linear programming to get the optimal solution of the light dimming model and get a relatively optimal illumination adjustment vector. Experiment results indicate that the lighting system has the lower energy consumption and achieve the goal of energy saving and emission reduction using the proposed light dimming algorithm.
