Abstract: High precision time plays a key role in technology and economy domain. as the time transmitting carrier, time service restricts timing precision of users. Combined with the characteristics of Beidou navigation system, the paper describes the one-way time service theory, accomplishes Beidou one-way timing algorithm and the software design. Finally, using the satellite data of Beidou dual-frequency multichannel receiver at the National Time Service Center (NTSC), the Chinese Academy of Sciences, the precision of Beidou one-way time service by the different types of satellites-GEO satellites, IGSO satellites, GEO combined with IGSO satellites-is analyzed and evaluated. The experiment result will provide important reference for optimizing the function of Beidou one-way time service.

Abstract: In this paper, a new type of AC-AC contact-less power transmission system based on the specific engineering environment is produced. A new loosely-coupled transformer structure and its working type are developed. Besides, a new set of high efficient based on the qusai-resonant technology is realized. Theoretical calculation and simulation software are used to prove its feasibility; a series of experiments are completed. Finally, the contact-less power transmission system functions well.

Abstract: Combining with the advantages of the piezoelectric material, positive and negative torque actuator using dual piezoelectric-stack is developed for vibration active control of annular flexible structure in this paper. The working principle of the actuator is described, and the output performance of the actuator is tested in this paper. Also the actuator is applied successfully to the vibration active control of annular flexible structure.

Abstract: A dynamic model of tractor-semitrailer braking in a turn was established in this paper. By comparing the data of tractor-semitrailer test, a high credibility of the simulation model was certified. In this paper, yaw rate gain and folding angle gain were introduced to evaluate the stability of tractor-semitrailer braking in a turn, and the role played by ABS was analyzed. The results show that yaw rate gain and folding angle gain are very comprehensive evaluating indicator, and ABS plays an important role in improving the stability during braking in a turn of tractor-semitrailer.

Abstract: This paper presents the design and development of a PCI Express X1 to CPCI Express X1 adapter which researchers can utilize to test, debug and develop CPCI/PXI Express X1 interface cards in PCI Express X1, X4, X8, X16 slots. The adapter uses Multi-layer Impedance Controlled PCB to precisely control the single-ended and differential impedance of the core high-speed transceiver differential signals and the clock signal. Signal integrity was analyzed by HyperLynx and online tests were verified successfully. The experimental and simulation results demonstrate that the adapter is completely compatible with the interface specifications and the transferred signal is correct and effective.

Abstract: Substation is the key component of regional power supply. The assessment of substation reliability index should be done before the assessment of regional power station reliability. Taking regional power station for example, this paper uses algorithm of minimum cutest which is based on spaces of electrical parts, gives analysis to the reliability of power station main electrical wiring. This method, being verified to provide an effective reliability assessment for power station main electrical wiring, lays a foundation for assessment of regional power station reliability.

Abstract: The paper introduces Proteus virtual development techniques into the design of the heat treatment process parameter control system, and takes each heat treatment furnace controller unit for example to explain Proteus simulation circuit of hardware and software design methods. And finally, we achieve the soft parallel hardware co-development of the microcontroller system, which can effectively save hardware resources and improve the development efficiency. Simulation results and theoretical analysis prove the correctness and the accuracy of Proteus virtual simulation, having very important significance in the microcontroller virtual development.

Abstract: During the process of aircraft wing finish machining, it is required to calculate the posture of aircraft wing to guide its adjustment. This paper proposes a new method to calculate the posture for aircraft wing finishing machining, through analyzing the level-measuring principle of aircraft wing. The proposed method is based on the iterative closest point algorithm (ICP), which transforms the posture evaluation problem into a registration problem between space points and surface. It repeats two processes, finding the nearest points and calculating the optimal transformation, until the convergence criteria of correctly matching are well satisfied. It also has an important part matching priority so that it could satisfy the different accuracy requirements of different metrical points. A case is presented to validate the proposed method, and the results suggest its feasibility.

Abstract: In the field of traffic safety vehicle target tracking prediction as the background, this paper proposes an adaptive interacting multiple model tracking algorithm. According to the field of transportation vehicle movement state characteristics, based on the uniform (CV) and uniformly accelerated motion (CA) model, based on new information structure model of motion of the likelihood function, online adaptive adjustment model of the noise variance and the Markov matrix, realization of maneuvering target movement model and model set adaptation, not only improved IMM algorithm for tracking accuracy, and enhances the real-time performance of system, the simulation results show that, the algorithm for tracking precision compared to the traditional IMM method has bigger improvement.

Abstract: Record machining tasks and machine status automatically based on one development kit for CNC system. A custom control is developed based on COM component technology to view recorded machining tasks and machine status on the CNC screen real-time. The function of data acquisition implemented by this article, can not only provide the basic data for the MES system, but also facilitate the operators to view the machining tasks and machine status.
