Abstract:

The article explores the mechanism of the knowledge creation through inter-organizational cooperation between the knowledge network members, and concludes that the new knowledge come from the nonlinear interaction between the knowledge network and its external environment, between the internal elements of the knowledge network, and between different kinds of knowledge.
