Abstract:

Estimation on land intensive utilization potential provided decision support for the development zone expansion and upgrading audit. Development zone land intensive utilization potential mainly included the expansion potential, the structural potential, the strength potential and the management potential, in addition, the content of the four potential were analyzed. According to the content of the potential, it was measured that the expansion potential, the structure potential, the strength potential, the management potential of land intensive utilization and the years for land exploiting in Tangshan High-tech industrial development zone. The estimation results show that the land intensive utilization potential was mainly represented by its strength potential and expansion potential.
