Abstract: The paper has studied the degradation effect of the polyvinyl alcohol in the Ozone catalytic oxidation oxygenated water, include three kind of catalyst of Fe2+, Mn2+, Cu2+. The results as below, the degradation effect of the polyvinyl alcohol by Ozone catalytic oxidation is higher than ozone alone obviously, and it is related with the concentration of catalyst, the degradation effect will increase with the increase of concentration of Fe2+, and to the maximum value, the degradation is 85%; it will decrease with the increase of concentration of Mn2+, the optimum content is about 5mg/L, the degradation rate is 85%; when Cu2+ is added, the degradation rate is 53% in 35mg/L, and the degradation of other contents is not obvious. When the content of three kinds of catalyst are all 35mg/L and the reaction time is 3h, the sort of degradation effect is Fe2+>Cu2+>Mn2+.

Abstract: Anaerobic multilevel anoxic/oxic (AMAO) process is a new phosphorus and nitrogen removal process, has the advantages of high treatment efficiency and low operation energy consumption and has extensive application in China. In order to further optimize the process, AMAO process should be combined organically with low DO aeration technology, the technical features, the necessity of technical combination, engineering example and application effect are elaborated in this paper.

Abstract: High speed rotating centrifugal atomizer is the key equipment for the flue gas processing. The centrifugal high-speed atomizer is running at high speed, it makes micron liquid-drop in order that chemical reaction happened between micron drop and harmful gas. Its function has direct impact to the emission produced from WTE(waste to energy) plant. The different driving form affects the atomizers stability of high speed movement, atomization effect and the running life directly. For a long time, the transmission quality of belt drive or direct coupling drive is one of the focus issues. Based on the high speed centrifugal atomizer, this paper introduces the two commonly used driving forms of the atomizer, and compares their performance through the experiments. Abstract: The coal-water slurry produced with Datong coal was tested in a home boiler for heating. The experiment results of dust collection with the new tube type electrostatic precipitation of fly ash of coal water slurry combustion fit the emission standard of air pollutants for boilers (GB 13271-2001). The parameters for the electrostatic precipitation are as follows: the drift velocity of fly ash of coal water slurry combustion, 10.39 cm/s, the number of the tube, 64, the size of the tube, 25.6cm×25.6cm×20cm, the power, 0.24kW.

Abstract: In view of the present situation that a lot of waste drilling fluids pollute soil and water in the process of petroleum exploration and development, choosing the drilling fluids in 5 well fields which are in the North area of ChangQing oilfield to carry on the pollution characteristic analysis. 35 physicochemical indexs and contamination indexs had been determined in the drilling fluids, its result is: the waste drilling fluids are ropiness colloid, paste, viscosity high. The drilling fluids ingredient is clay, polyacrylamide (PAM), carboxymethylcellulose (CMC). CODCr, mineral oils, NH4+, Cr, Cd, Pb, As, pH, chromaticity and so on exceed standard in the drilling fluids, Zn exceeds standard in some individual well fields, the other over-standard parameterssuperstandard multiple is not big except CODCr, mineral oils which exceed standard siriously. CODCr, mineral oils, NH4+ and so on are from formation petroleum and the additives such as polyacrylamide (PAM), carboxymethylcellulose (CMC).etc, high pH is related to calcined soda or caustic soda, Cr, Cd, Pb, As, Zn and so on are from the sidewall material which is cattied by the circulating mud, which are related to formation lithological composition.

Abstract: The treatment of fracturing fluid sewage of oilfield must be accomplished in short time and high efficiency, with no secondary pollution. No proven technique of oilfield could be used for reference. In this work, suitable electrodes are selected for the method of electrochemistry oxidation; the data of experiments has confirmed COD of sewage could be easily decreased.

Abstract: Based on the study of the maintaining of wet desulphurization installments in coal-fired power plant, similar problems have been found in maintaining process. including desulphurization absorption tower, mist eliminator, slurry circulating pump, gas duct, flue damper. The corresponding countermeasures have been proposed.

Abstract: In view of problem of the coalescence material jam and the demulsification lower by using the Coalescence oil-removing device which was using to treat high viscosity polymer flooding. The novel Coalescence oil-removing device was developed through the optimization of coalescence material and reasonable backwashing system designing, which can realize coalescence material regeneration and improve oil strains of coalescence effect. At the condition that polymer concentration was 426mg/L, pH=8.75, average oil was 365mg/L, suspended solid (SS) was 75mg/L; The oil of effluent can reach 50mg/L below, removal rate reached 86%; SS of the out water can reach 30mg / L, the removal rate reached 60%.

Abstract: In view of the present situation of harmonic management in our country at present, put forward the new ideas of current harmonic flexible management. First on the behavior of harmonic pollution analyzed by harmonic pollution, behavior is a kind of external diseconomy activities, and to this kind of behavior is discussed, the method of internal external diseconomy activities of power harmonic pollution emission behavior of collection of sewage charges corresponding. Secondly, the harmonic pollution emissions trading, and the transaction is the social cost analysis, obtained by using the harmonic pollution emissions trading can make the ratio of sewage costs simply implement uniform standards to be low, the social effect can be more optimization. Implementation of the harmonic pollution discharge fee and harmonic pollution emissions trading can make power users to achieve profit optimization and take the initiative to improve power quality.
