Researches on Problems and Countermeasures of Low-Carbon Economy in China

Abstract:

The development of low-carbon economy is a revolution which has involved in the mode of production, lifestyles and values and is also an important way that China should take so as to cope with the challenge of global climate change and promote the technological innovation. The development of low-carbon economy is in line with the scientific and sustainable development concept which should be followed in China. It is in accordance with China's construction of resource-saving and environment-friendly society. This paper discusses the low-carbon economy from four aspects: its connotations, features, problems and countermeasures.
