Abstract: Based on leaching experiments of complex silicate ore contenting scandium, the research has adopted extraction to concentrate scandium and separate impurity. The emphasis of this reaserch is the impact factors, so the experiments including extractant concentration, organic aqueous ratio, mixing time, organic phase washing, organic phase reextraction, have been conducted. The optimal conditions are that the concentration of extraction is 25%, the O/A is 1:10, the mixing time is 3min, the washing time is 3, the O/A of reextraction is 1:2.3, and the extraction rate of exceeding 98% and reextracion rate of 99.01% were obtained when adopting P501 as the extraction agent.

Abstract: The content of gold ore in Wa region of Myanmar is 3.52 g/t ~5.87g/t, and it contains 9.32% arsenic, it belongs to awkward gold ore with gold embeds in pyrite as fine granular. so the drawbacks of low leaching rate and wasting of resources existed in the early cyanide production. A technology of adjusting pH in lime water and further leaching after regrinding was confirmed by contrasting the mixing effect in different reagent. The experiment results showed that a leaching rate of 81.63% has been obtained by adopting the conditions which pulp density is 40%, the pH of pulp adjusted in lime water is 10, the total NaCN dosage of three additions is 3 and the material is reground before third addition.

Abstract: The flotation of smelting copper slags in Yunnan has been studied in this paper. The influences of grinding fineness, different kinds of collectors and the dosage of sodium sulfide, GZT, which influence the flotation results, are tested. The experimental results show that in the first stage of roughing, a good flotation result is obtained, the concentrate copper grade reaches 24.12% and the flotation recovery rate reaches 82.98%, when the grade of copper slags is about 2.1%, under the circumstances that the grinding fineness is 85.6%, the amount of Y-89 is 400g/t, the amount of sodium sulfide is 2500g/t, and the amount of GZT is 80g/t.

Abstract: The study was aimed to recover tin minerals from fine tin middlings from Laos after gravity separation. The middlings had a tin grade of 0.5%, belonging to a refractory ore, so flotation was used to recover tin of them. Based on the research of influence of collector on flotation of fine tin middlings, an optimum index was obtained in the closed-circuit flotation. Finally, the concentrate with a tin grade of 3.45% and a tin recovery of 59.85% was obtained, which was concentrated by 6.9 times compared with the crude ore, which greatly improved the economic benefit for the concentrator and highly increases the efficiency of separation.

Abstract: On the basis of the meaning of material metabolism of mineral resources development (MRD), its characteristics are analyzed, such as complexity, controllability, consecution and differences. The material flow analysis on MRD can provide basis in environment pressure of mineral resources analyzing and provide support for the circulation economy of mineral industry. The analytical method of the material flow analysis of MRD is put forward, and the account system and index system are set up.

Abstract: Sphalerite was used to study both the electro-generative simultaneous leaching (EGSL) and the bio-electro-generative simultaneous leaching (BEGSL) in this paper. The Relationship between potential, work output, and current for sphalerite in presence of A. Ferrooxidans and sterile, showed that the electro-generation trend enhanced in the presence of A. ferrooxidans for sphalerite. The Evans graph for sphalerite in presence of A. ferrooxidans and sterile showed that with the increase of current, the output potential decreased. The dissolved metal ion in the presence of A. ferrooxidans is nearly 30% higher than that in the absence of A. ferrooxidans; the electro-generative quantity in the former is about 130% more than that in the latter; the transferred charge due to the bacteria is more than that of EGSL process in the last stage of BEGSL.

Abstract: Through the photoinitiation technology synthetizes anionic polyacrylamide (APAM), with the raw material of sodium acrylate (AANa) and acrylamide (AM). The results show that the best ratio of AANa-AM is 1:3, mass fraction of AM is 30%, pH value is 7.0, reaction temperature is 40°C, good intrinsic viscosity and solubility in APAM can be obtained.Meanwhile, IR characterization meets APAM characteristic groups using for application characterization of Qian ying zi slime water and the results show that the product can be seen from flocculation results of synthetic product on the coal slurry with the light transmission rate of 88.1%.

Abstract: The run-of-mine ore samples which have been used in the study were taken from a fluorite ore. The grade of fluorite was 28.65%. From the condition test, the optimal grinding fineness was-0.074mm accounted for 79.5%. The final optimal reagent system was A1B3C3D3E3 with comprehensive consideration. That is, sodium carbonate was 2000 g/t, sodium silicate was 1000 g/t, aluminum sulfate was 200 g/t, sodium hexametaphosphate usage was 1000 g/t, oleic acid dosage for 2000 g/t. Through the closed-circuit test of flotation, the final index was the fluorite grade of the concentrate was 97.69% and the recovery was 48.07%.

Abstract: The test simple was taken from old tailing in Burma. The results of the chemical analysis and the phase analysis indicated that the grade of Lead was 2.84%, with the oxidation rate of 58.33% and the grade of zinc was 3.22%, with the oxidation rate of 16.56% in the old tailing. Through the research of the flotation separation test, the optimal grinding fineness (-0.044mm) was accounts for 73%. The optimum dosage of sodium sulfide was 1500g/t and the dosage of potassium dichromate was 600g/t. The separation effect of copper and lead was better, the ultimate concentration index: the grade of copper was 16.58% in the copper concentrate and the recovery was 56.18%. The grade of lead was 48.83% and the recovery was 96.67% in the lead concentrate.

Abstract: The tailings and slag based mine filling cementitious materials was prepared by sodium silicate and sodium hydroxide alkali-activated tailings and slag. Through the test that the cementing materials in the best ratio of raw materials: when slag and tailings admixture is 1.25, the content of NaOH was 50%, the amount of sodium hydroxide for 50%, water cement ratio of 0.22, under the condition of normal temperature curing 7 days, eventually making a compressive strength of 52.3MPa cementing materials.
