Abstract: On the basis of the coal quality characteristics, the screening and drifting tests have been carried out to investigate the separability of the coals in the inclined shaft coal samples of Chenghe Wangcun coal mine. The results showed that the mine raw coal seams are medium ash, high sulfur and medium volatile coals. The screening test results showed that the water content and sulfur content of coals samples in each grade after sieving essentially remained the row coal characteristic. Heating value increased with the decrease of particle size, but ash content decreased with the particle size. The float-and-sink tests showed that when the given clean coal ash content was 10%13% and 15% respectively, the coal samples were in the extremely difficult degree, medium separability degree and medium separability degree respectively.

Abstract: On the basis of the contrastive research into the flotation performance of several vegetable oil fatty acids, the rapeseed oil fatty acid with better performance was screened out from many fatty acids, and its linolenic acid C18:3content is15.81%, then through modifying and compounding, new magnesium removal collector EM-LS-01was obtained. With the use of this agent in certain low-grade high-Mg phosphorite, the phosphate concentrate indexes of single reverse flotation are grade of 30.25% P2O5, recovery of 90.63% and content of 0.99% MgO.

Abstract: The froth flotation process of coal slime was studied by the flotation experiments on the coal slime of Qian yingzi, Pan yidong and Qidong coal preparation plant. The influence of coal slime properties, collector dosage, ratio of collector and frother, and pulp density on the flotation effect were studied. The experimental result showed that the coal slime with rich fine and high ash fraction was harmful to flotation. As to the coal slime of Pan yidong coal preparation plant, the flotation effect was the optimal when dosage of collector was 600 g/t, ratio of collector and frother was 15:1, and the pulp density was 100 g/L.

Abstract: Panzhihua Steel Plant adopts a new process - "rotary hearth furnace (RHF) direct reduction - electric arc furnace (EAF) deep reduction" - to manufacture iron, and the resultant Ti-bearing slag contains 44.03% titanium dioxide and has higher contents of impurities such as calcium, magnesium and silicon, so it cannot be prepared titanium dioxide alone. In order to effectively utilize the slag, process mineralogical research and a large number of mineral processing tests have been conducted so as to ascertain the separability of Ti-bearing slag. The results show that flotation technology is an effective way to dispose the slag, comparing with other beneficiation methods. Finally, titanium concentrate indexes, TiO2 grade of 66.49% and recovery of 71.91%, were obtained by using open circuit flow of "2-roughing and 4-concentrate".

Abstract: Based on the analysis of the properties of the copper-molybdenum ore from Yunnan province, a suitable technical route was presented for processing of eligible molybdenum and copper concentrate with a high recovery. Moreover, the main factors i.e. grinding fineness and collector dosage, affecting the quality of roughing concentration was investigated. The optimum condition of bulk flotatuon were obtained.

Abstract: A beneficiation experimental research is conducted on sulfur-containing 18.17% multi-metals tailings. On the basis of the traditional mineral processing technology, it introduces X-51, a new type sulfide mineral activator, to instead of copper sulfate. Eventually, the sulfur concentrate grade is 47.51% with the recovery of 92.11%. The effectively recovery of the sulfur is creating good economic benefits and environmental benefit.

Abstract: The viscosity of Pulp will affect the grinding rate directly, Elevated temperature, the slurry viscosity reduced. In order to study the effect on the grinding rate of temperature, we did the experiment by only changing the temperature, and three groups of contrast test was carried out. The results show that the grinding rate is improved obviously, when the grinding temperature increases from 16 °C to 42 °C.

Abstract: Dissolution behavior of high titanium bauxite was investigated. The effect of several factors on dissolution of alumina and titanium dioxide were examined. The experimental results showed that the titanium dioxide dissolution rate was 9.82% and alumina relative dissolution rate was 88.83% under the best dissolution conditions for dissolution temperature of 240°C, lime add volume of 4%, and alkali concentration of 220g/L.

Abstract: The remaining oil distribution and its potential evaluation are the keys to the well network adjustments and comprehensive potential exploration on the later stage production. In view of the vagueness of the influence factors of remaining oil potentiality, a set of quantitative evaluate method about how to suit remaining oil potentiality of heavy oil reservoir at high water-cut stage is established. Six factors are taken into consideration, including oil saturation, reservoir thickness, permeability, porosity, water injection distance and sedimentary facies. First, make sure the evaluate criterion and the influence weight of a single effect factor. And then, use the fuzzy theory to calculate the latent capacity of the block, comprehending many factors. In the end, certain the foundation of remaining oil potentialities according to the value of the latent capacity. Using this method, remaining oil potentiality of the east of Beierxi is calculated at high water cut period. This provides a theoretical guide to formulation and implementation of the in-situ potential measurement.
