Abstract: This article sets up the equations of material in the horizontally circle vibrating drier. According to basic theories of hydrodynamic and vibration, which gets the operating period and time expression of the material on the single hole panel of drier. According to equations, model erected on the computer simulate operating time of the material in the random position of the drier. The imitating data can match practical ones very well.

Abstract: The international financial crisis has caused broad impact and serious consequences to international economic order and the economic development of every country. Therefore, making modeling research on the effect of crisis contagion between some economic markets in order to take timely measures to prevent the further spread of contagion is of great significance for maintaining a countrys economic security, and the stability of global economic and financial system. To prevent economy from being destroyed by financial crisis contagion, this paper puts forward a new testing approach on the contagion effect of financial crisis. This approach is to test the contagion effect of financial crisis by examining whether the conditional variances of different countries financial markets in crisis period are correlated through Generalized Autoregressive Conditional Heteroskedasticity model. Empirical study shows that, this new approach is effective and practical in testing the contagion effect of financial crisis.

Abstract: This paper presents a complete analytical solution for transient responses of a transversely isotropic thermopiezoelectric finite composite cylinder under axisymmetric boundary conditions. The governing equations for coupled axisymmetric electro-thermo-mechanical field of a transversely isotropic piezoelectric medium are employed, and the corresponding general solutions are derived. A boundary-value problem corresponding to composites of finite thermopiezoelectric cylinder with axisymmetric mechanical and electrical loadings applied at the curve surface of a cylinder is solved. The solutions presented in this study can provide fundamental understanding of thermo-electro-mechanical behaviour of thermopiezoelectric finite composite cylinder under various loading conditions, and are useful for the development of piezocomposites for practical applications.

Abstract: To conduct ship model inclining experiments and floating state adjustment experiments, a static experiment system is developed, including research and development of hydrostatic flume, connecting frame, attitude instrument and data acquisition and analysis processing module. And the work principle of the system is discussed. Furthermore, ship model inclining experiment, floating state adjusting experiment, and roll, pitch, heave free decay experiment are conducted to analyse the performance of this system. Results of the experimental indicate that the system has a satisfactory testing precision. In the model inclining experiments, relative error of vertical coordinate of center of gravity of the ship model is 1.5%, relative error of the longitudinal coordinate is 0.18%; in the floating state adjusting experiment, standard error of transverse inclination is 0.06 degree, standard error of longitudinal inclination is 0.03 degree, standard error of heaving measurement is 0.15mm; the free decay experiment proofs that the experiment system can realize dynamic measurement of roll, pitch and heave. This experimental system with high precision has a good application prospect which can be used in ship model inclining experiment, floating state adjusting experiments, as well as model hydraulic performance test study.

Abstract: This paper mainly focuses on the numerical simulation of particles trajectories aiming at obtaining the movement regulations of particles with different diameters. The article takes advantage of random orbital model of phase coupling under Lagrange coordinate, and figures out that the movement of small particles has large randomness, meanwhile particles with the same diameter and different initial positions can reach various final positions, some of which can escape or be captured from the exhaust pipe. Particles trajectory can be different even if it has same diameter and initial position. The conclusion of this thesis also puts forward that three different phenomena of presentation of gray ring, short-circuit of exhaust pipe and back-mixing of dust exhaust can appear under any conditions. Almost all large particles can be captured by the cyclone separator, and few particles show retention and short time rotation in the lower part of exhaust pipe.

Abstract: Adopting the RSM (Reynolds stress model) to conduct numerical simulation on gas phase flow field in bypass cyclone separators with two kinds of inlet structure, meanwhile, interphase coupling discrete model DPM is used to simulate the trace of particles in bypass cyclone separator. At last, the results demonstrate that the separating efficiency of separator B with a large length-width ratio inlet increased 1%~2% and the pressure drop is smaller when compared with separator A. A low average entering position and a short distance to the wall are helpful to improve the separating efficiency.

Abstract: The rapid process design technology about box parts based on 3D model was researched in this paper, in order to analyze process feature, it has broken through key technology for obtaining 3D process knowledge from the process knowledge database. The process knowledge sharing and technique process optimization were realized. It shortens the preparation cycle of process of new product development.

Abstract: To overcome the insufficient focusing efficiency of inflatable membrane solar concentrator after deployment, parametric design of a plurality of small size pre-forming reflection mirror was carried on by Pro/E software, and assembled into a mechanical concentrator structure. The expected motion process form folding state to working state was simulated. Unfolding trajectory curves and location curves are obtained. This will provide reference to deployable concentrator design and experiment.

Abstract: This paper focuses on analyzing the problem that occurs when running a stand-alone super capacitor charging system, which is capable of working independently without relying on any external power supply. Components are easily damaged due to overloading. This occurs at the moment when the stand-alone super capacitor charging system switches on. To solve the problem, this paper not only finds the reason why the inductor current of the boost converter saturates at the switching moment, but also analyzes the waveforms of the inductor current at the switching moment. Finally, the verification of the circuit characteristics with an external stimulation was carried out with both experiments and simulation.

Abstract: For the purpose of wrist rehabilitation, a new type of SMA (Shape memory alloy) wrist rehabilitation device is developed. The palm will be actuated/lifted by the SMA’s driving force when the shape memory alloy is heated up. Four wires of the shape memory alloy (SMA-Ti50Ni45Cu5 with 1.0mm in ψ) are bundled and passed through a fixed plastic block. The whole set of the SMA wrist rehabilitation devices can give support to the palm’s bending mechanism. A 500(g) adult palm is presented in the experimental work. In order to actuate/lift the palm at a sufficient rehabilitation angle, an electrical circuit of 10(A) is adopted. Consequently, the issue, here, is to present a new type of SMA wrist splint that is used to provide a specified rehabilitation angle for the wrist.
