Abstract: Land consolidation project mainly includes the flat land, irrigation and drainage, roads, farmland protection and ecological environment conservation and so on. Land leveling project is the key project construction of land consolidation project. The ground slope, soil type, ridge height, labor wage, material price and bulldozing transportation distance are the main factors affecting the land leveling project investment. In this paper, it was mainly analyzed for the engineering characteristic and the change regularity of engineering characteristics among ground slope, ridge height, additional land area and the field width. And the factor of influencing land leveling project investment was put forward, which can provide a certain reference value for the management of land consolidation project budget funds.

Abstract: Mesoporous TiO2 with anatase crystalline structure (MTiO2) has been synthesized by using Lac Red as template. The synthesized mesoporous titania samples were characterized by a combination of various physicochemical techniques, such as X-ray diffraction (XRD), scanning electron microscopy (SEM), high resolution transmission electron microscopy (HRTEM), N2 adsorption/desorption. It was found that without any external doping MTiO2 exhibited significant high adsorption abilities for adsorbing the gaseous acetaldehyde by the adsorption ratio of 39.15%.

Abstract: Cerium-doped microporous-mesoporous composite material (Ce-M-M) was synthesized by the hydrothermal method. Ce-M-M was characterized by N2 adsorption-desorption and FT-IR. The results showed that the Ce-M-M has composite pore structure combining both micropores and mesopores, and the pore sizes are mainly located at 1.7 nm, 2.3nm and 2.7nm. The specific surface area of the Ce-M-M was 1288 m2g-1 with a pore volume of 0.66 cc/g. In addition, NH3, a harmful component in cigarette mainstream smoke could be effectively reduced 66.9% by using Ce-M-M as an adsorbent.

Abstract: This research studies the mechanical behaviour of mortars with the addition of increasing percentages of rubber from used tires. This type of mortaris usually destined to wall coating and components, in which case it should present the required properties. In this study natural sand has been partially substituted by fine aggregate from recycled rubber and the hard state properties have been evaluated. The results obtained indicate the technical viability of the substitution. With the use of recycled aggregate the quality of the mortars has been preserved, which shows the possibility to properly adequate the destination of discharged rubber aiming to minimize environmental impacts and to reduce natural sand extraction from non renewable sources.

Abstract: GPS positioning system is installed in taxis and most mobile phones support GPS positioning function at present. GPS phones are used in the taxi to achieving intelligent scheduling based on this basis. The taxi intelligent dispatch system based on GPS is proposed, improve the traditional Dijkstra scheduling algorithms by setting taxi maximum reasonable scheduling range, experimental results show that improved algorithms reduce the time complexity and improve scheduling efficiency. Meanwhile the traffic jam information can be sent to the dispatch center and make scheduling algorithm more reasonable by combined with above information.

Abstract: DBD (Dielectric Barrier Discharges) plasma is often used to clean the surface of semiconductors. The cleaning performance is affected by many process parameters such as electric voltage, the gas composition, gas speed, thickness of the dielectric wall, gap distance, and plasma duration time. In this study, the plasma density is predicted by a coupled simulation of gas flow, chemistry mixing and reaction, plasma generation, and electric field. A 13.56 MHz RF source is used to generate plasma. The effect of the dielectric thickness, the gap distance, the gas flow velocity, and electric voltage on the plasma density is investigated. It is shown that the plasma density increases as the dielectric thickness decreases, the gap distance increases, the gas velocity increases, and electric voltage increases, respectively. Finally, experiments are carried out to verify the analysis results.

Abstract: Considerable shear strain is necessary for manufacture of metallic materials with ultramicrograin structure. For flat rolling shear strain intensity is determined by two components: compression strain and shear strain . The vertical asymmetric sheet rolling process in rolling-drawing mode was investigated with the purpose of shear strain implementation. Calculation results show that during asymmetric rolling mode a vertical cross-section inclination takes place being especially pronounced with the total amount of deformation of 50% and more.

Abstract: In the hot rolling process calibrated rolls are used for the production of various simple and complex profiles. Rolling temperature is an important parameter of technological process which has great influence on energy costs, scale formation and rolling forces. In order to reduce the cost of energy, an analysis of the rolling temperature influence on fatigue life of the rolls has been carried out.The fatigue life estimation is carried out according to the fatigue life stress concept based on the local stress.Stress spectra in critical areas are determined for three different temperatures. The analysis shows that although lowering of the initial rolling temperature causing decreasing the fatigue life of the roll, the stresses caused by the rolling at thelowest temperature should not lead to roll fracture.
