Abstract: In this paper, we propose a system plan for cloud service based local mobile device application customization. The mobile device acquires tailored function configuration from the cloud service and generates the plan for the application with a local configuration interpreting engine. The system enables local applications of mobile devices to be adaptive to the variation of requirements.

Abstract: For keywords query, we propose a keyword aggregate query method based on query template. During the keywords processing, symbol table is used to locate the position of the keywords in the database to get a series of query items. In the query template generating stage, we design a heuristic query template generation algorithm. We use the improved scoring rules to rate the query templates, and select the optimal query template. The experimental results have shown that the aggregate query method is effective.

Abstract: Metadata based data sharing technology has been applied in many fields. The traditional metadata based data sharing technology rarely shares data according to users personalized demand. Meanwhile the portability and security of data sharing hasnt been considered very well. To address these problems, we propose a new metadata based middleware for distributed data sharing in this paper. Compared to some existed data-sharing middleware, the middleware presented in this paper has advantages in portability, personalization and security.

Abstract: Based on the virtual simulation theory, we used three-dimensional modeling software to build modeling road facilities (vehicles, trees, street lights, etc.) for simulating the accident environment, and by using OpenGL technology, achieved reading, displaying and controlling the three-dimensional models. This dynamically realized the three-dimensional animated simulation of vehicle movement. Simultaneously we have calculated in progress the simulation of vehicle crash with the basic theory of automobile collision, vehicle collision model and the law of conservation of energy and momentum. Finally, we constructed a flexible platform for the simulation experiment. The platform is enabling to add and update road, trees, street lamps and house on the simulation environment dynamically, and has ability to analysis the traffic accident. This could give an assistant to the handling traffic accidents.

Abstract: In this Paper we Investigated Access Technology of the Light Illumination Information in Real Scene. by Analyzing the Conventional Method, we Proposed a Method to Access Light Illumination Information of High Dynamic Range Image. in the Method, the Image Information Obtained by Camera was Converted to the Panoramic Image by Using Image Mosaic Technology and then Converted to the High Dynamic Range Image by the Software HDR.

Abstract: Ensuring high quality of service (QoS) of multicast video stream over next generation network is a challenging issue, and how to implement the wire-speed multicast with hardware logical support in the network nodes of every hierarchy is a key solution to achieve high QoS multicast. Currently, the multicast packets are processed in this way, in which they are copied and then scheduled by ports, lastly, sent respectively. But this approach cannot ensure high QoS in real-time applications. Moreover, the traditional hardware solutions do not possess excellent large-scale scalability owning to their own bottlenecks. In this project, we have constructed a wire-speed multicast switching structure based on Multipath Self-routing Switching Structure, and implemented it on a Stratix IV FPGA chip. Additionally, we have designed the signaling system and control mechanism to support the process of self-routing and wire-speed fan-out copy of multicast packets.

Abstract: This paper mainly analyze the motivation of enterprises to provide differentiation products, and market result, relevant social welfare effect in digital content products market. First, combing the specific characteristics of digital content products, this paper has developed the Vertical Differentiation Model of Digital Content Products". And then makes an numerical simulation of this model. We get two primary conclusion:(1)Under the assumption of economic man, digital content market will form vertical differentiation of product quality at last, namely products of different classes will coexist and every enterprise will have relevant stable competitive strategy.(2) The digital content market has a trend that enterprises with high quality products will get higher profit. There are three points of new ideas. (1) introducing specific characteristics of digital content product to the model. (2) loosening previous assumption of rational customer. (3)Introducing non-quality characteristic to the question of quality-choosing.

Abstract: It is the fundamental requirement for power system graphical editor to be able to draw rapidly, precisely and allocate corresponding configuration parameters for the power components and reserve operation interface. Element of this editor uses the SVG format and defines metadata tags based on the CIM specification carrying metadata in the SVG document which makes the graphics and data can be linked to a unified canonical form. The editor achieves the purpose as follows: editing, storing, and exporting a wiring diagram; importing a wiring diagram from other systems; automatically extracting and storing layers and elements in the importing process; creating and maintaining the user-defined primitive library or layer library and binding associated data. This SVG graphics editor for power system has met the functional requirements of the user and has been applied in several practical projects.

Abstract: This paper proposes a backward-compatible multichannel audio codec based on downmix and upmix operation. The codec represents a multichannel audio input signal with downmixed mono signal and spatial parametric data. The encoding method consists of three parts: spatial temporal analysis of audio signal, compressing multi-channel audio into mono audio and encoding mono signals. The proposed codec combines high audio quality and low parameter coding rate and the method is simpler and more effective than the conventional methods. With this method, its possible to transmit or store multi-channel audio signals as mono audio signals.
