Abstract: Due to low sanctified standard, on-line Group purchase has burgeoned in an unprecedented speed, becoming a most popular on-line shopping way for a great number of consumers. As the number of these websites increases, Group purchase industry is getting homogenized. With the market competition gaining its momentum in the market gradually, these websites sink into a dilemma. Our paper takes the current developmental status of Group purchase websites into consideration, which is characterized by five homogenized features, i.e., web page, goods, services, marketing and profiting model, to provides some competitive strategies on how it runs.

Abstract: Modern Distance Education is a new type of teaching style which generated with the development of computer network technology and multimedia technology. Distance Education always aims at individualized education and personalized teaching-learning service. But how to discover the valuable discipline from a large amount of learners information and achieve personalized distance education is an issue for educational researchers to resolve urgently. This thesis discusses how to apply the decision tree method of data mining technology in distance education system to classify learners in order to achieve individualized teaching for different learners.

Abstract: Sensor management plays an important role in the field of Internet of Things. Therefore, the requests of spatial approximate query increase dramatically. Indexing is no doubt a feasible way for efficient spatial approximate search. However, there is a lack of an effective index structure for spatial approximate query. In this paper, we propose a new type of index structure called SR-tree for providing more intelligent retrieval, which is based on R-tree and inverted table. Our index can support for spatial approximate search and work freely either in memory or external memory. The experimental results show that the structure proposed can provide high scalability and fast response time.

Abstract: Based on the Joint Video Team (JVT) of the ITU-T Video Coding Experts Group VC EG and the IS O/IEC Moving Picture Experts Group MPEG, an RD optimal Macro Block mode decision scheme for Internet error channel streaming is introduced. The scheme employs the luminance Rate Distortion (RD) optimal mode decision scheme so as to take the effects of video encoding distortion and the channel error propagation to get higher error robustness for error transmission. Based on the Wireless Sensor Network, this paper analyzes the data distortion problem when transmitting H.264 coded video stream over error-prone channel. And the authors also have discussed a widely accepted technique that introduces more intra-coded information on macro block basis. Additionally, this paper introduces a simple loss and multiplication factor estimation method, the rate-distortion optimized assessing strategy over the whole situation.

Abstract: Big data phenomenon refers to the practice of collection and processing of very large data sets and associated systems and algorithms used to analyze these massive data sets. Big data service is very attractive in the field of wireless communication environment, especially when we face the spatial applications, which are typical applications of big data. Because of the complexity to ingest, store and analyze geographical information data, this paper reflects on a few of the technical problems presented by the exploration of big data, and puts forward an effective storage method in wireless communication environment, which is based on the measurement of moving regularity through proposing three key techniques: partition technique, index technique and prefetch technique. Experimental results show that the performance of big data storage method using these new techniques is better than the other storage methods on managing a great capacity of big data in wireless communication environment.

Abstract: Big Data is a new label given to a diverse field of data intensive informatics in which the data sets are so large that they become hard to work with effectively. The term has been mainly used in two contexts, firstly as a technological challenge when dealing with data-intensive domains such as geographical information image, high energy physics, astronomy or internet search, and secondly as a sociological problem when data about us is collected and mined by companies such as Facebook, Google, mobile phone companies, retail chains and governments. In this paper we look at this first issue from a new perspective, namely how can the user gain awareness of the personally relevant part big data that is publicly available in the portable equipment. With a lot of traditional applications such as geography information system (GIS) implanted on portable equipment, how to collect, store, process, analyze, and display big image data becomes a hot field. This paper puts forward a display control technique on portable equipment, which is based on measurement of users location. At the same time, we do serials of experiment on Android platform to validate them.

Abstract: online examination is an effective solution to the level evaluation problem for computer basic operations. This paper proposed an online examination system for computer basic operations, especially, Microsoft Office software operations. The system mainly achieved functions including making exams intelligently, collecting and marking documents submitted automatically in the exam by the database, socket, ado and VBA program methods. This system supported some kinds of Microsoft Office software including Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Access. The actual running result showed the system could help teachers to improve work efficiency and students to improve software operations by the way of online actual operation in computers. The system has been running in the USTL university computer lab center for some times which has already proved that it was very valid to solve level evaluation problem for Microsoft Office software operations.

Abstract: The amount of data in our industry and the world is exploding. Data is being collected and stored at unprecedented rates. The challenge is not only to store and manage the vast volume of data, which is also called big data, but also to analyze and query from it. In order to put forward the universal method to response mobile big data query, queries are separated and grouped according to kinds of query for massive mobile objects in the space. The indexing method for grouping the mobile objects with Grid (GG TPR-tree) has great efficiency to manage a massive capacity of mobile objects within a limited area, but it only could meet a part of requirements for mobile big data query if the GG TPR-tree was used solely. This thesis offers solutions to simple immediate query, simple continuous query, active window query, and continuous window query, dynamic condition query and other query requests by employing DTDI index structure. The experiments prove that with the support of DTDI index structure, query of massive mobile objects has higher precision and better query performance.

Abstract: Cell phone two-dimensional code is the product of the combination of the two-dimensional code technology and mobile terminal cell phone, applied to give full play to the superiority of the two-dimensional code recognition technology with the convenience of mobile cell phone use. With the upgrading of Chinese communication network, the popularity of smart cell phones as well as the change of people's lives concept in recent years, the range of applications of the two-dimensional code has been increasingly wider.
