This paper discusses how to make use of all sorts of information systems of college digital campus platform to supervise and control the teaching quality in schools through the means of information technology.

Abstract: Today, we are using the Information technology of education to promote the modernization of education, digital campus as an advanced form of educational information was more and more attached by school. In particular, digital campus construction is more than a chasing times by each other and forming their own characteristics. This paper focus on the digital construction of the university campus, analyzes the system architecture and the key elements of its construction that should be paid attention to in the process and their roles. For example: planning and design; hardware platform of digital campus construction; the interaction between teachers and students for the purpose of application, build its own property rights of teaching resources library; key technology and application of digital campus. Look forward to these ways have a certain reference role to some school.

Abstract: Radar signal generator in the high-level radar simulator equipped with true radar dsiplay can serve training and eduaction better. For this purpose, this paper analyzes real radar system, summarizes the working principle of radar signal generator, and brings forward a realization project which based on MCU.In conclusion, all signals generated by the radar signal generator meet the required by the preliminary debugging.

Abstract: In order to deal with a large number of small files and hotspot data program in Hadoop distributed file system (HDFS)[1,, according to the exit proposal, this paper proposes a new the hotspot data processing model. The model proposals to change the block size, the introduction of efficient indexing mechanism to improve the dynamic replica management strategy and design of the new HDFS architecture to save space, speed up system processing, and enhance security.

Abstract: In this paper, the airflow of two different chamber structures is analyzed contrastively in the sensitive element of fluidic gyroscopes. Using ANSYS-FLOTRAN CFD software, the finite element simulation is conducted by a series of procedures, such as two-dimensional model building of fluidic gyroscope, meshing, loads applying and equation solving, we calculate the two dimensional airflow distribution of rectangle chamber and streamline chamber in sensitive element of fluidic gyroscope. The results show that the airflow velocity of the exit section in the streamline chamber which is 28.87% of the nozzle velocity is higher than that in the rectangle chamber structure, so the streamline chamber structure brings airflow together to a certain extent, and it also reduces the airflow accumulation in the chamber and smoothes airflow within the loop channel, lastly velocity gradient change in the streamline chamber is greater than that in the rectangle chamber, and the resolution of fluidic gyroscope is better than that with rectangle chamber.

Abstract: The existing Java Virtual Machine (JVM) based on Qt3 can not meet the requirements of the user experience in the field of digital television. By means of analyzing the functional blocks of abstract windowing toolkit (AWT) and the features of Qt4, this article gives an implementation of the JVM using Qt4 and illustrates the implementation details and improved algorithms of three blocks, i.e. components, graphic, and event processing. Finally, evaluation of the JVM ported on platforms indicates the good performance.

Abstract: There exist low recognition speed and non-ideal recognition effect in some recognition algorithms of paper currency value. One of very important reasons is that the shooting angle makes the image inclined. This paper firstly analyses the binarization processing of RMB 100-Yuan image and then the method of acquiring straight lines in image is discussed. Thus, the inclination angle of image is calculated by using the obtained straight lines. Finally, through rotation transformation, the inclination image is corrected. The experimental results show that this algorithm has a good corrected effect to the inclination image of paper currency and improves the image recognition effect.

Abstract: Cloud computing has recently gained tremendous momentum because of the potential for significant cost reduction and the increased operating efficiency in computing. However along with these benefits come added security challenges. In this paper, we recommend enterprises assess the security risk of the cloud computing, discuss the standard information security risk assessment method and process and propose an information security risk assessment framework for cloud computing environments.

Abstract: Switched Digital Video (SDV) is an emerging method of distributing TV programs through the Hybrid Fiber Coax (HFC). Compared with traditional broadcast method, it reduces spectrum requirements by sending TV programs only to those subscribers who actually ask for them. The focus of this paper is to calculate the minimum bandwidth consumption to launch SDV service, which depends on human TV watching behavior, the popularity of available TV programs, the number of available TV programs, streaming bit-rate composition and subscriber group size. Through the analysis of the characteristics of these factors, in particular subscribers channel flipping behavior, we develop a traffic model of an SDV system and present an advanced access network design tool. Our results suggest that channel flipping has much effect on the bandwidth requirements.

Abstract: With the development of Aerospace remote sensing technology, the hyperspectral remote sensing technology is widely applied in earth resources detection, environment investigation and military reconnaissance, etc. It is different from multispectral image, hyperspectral image spectrum period is as many as dozens to hundreds of band, with high resolution, large amount of data, corresponding to the data transmission problem, so the hyperspectral image compression is become necessary. In this paper the vector quantization algorithm is applied for hyperspectral image compression, first convert the three dimensional hyperspectral images into two dimensional pixel vectors, and then applied the vector quantization on the transformed pixel vectors. The experimental results show that the algorithm not only has better compression ratio, and can effectively save image spectrum section characteristics, which is a kind of efficient three-dimensional compression method.
