Abstract: A simplified rectangular baseline-airfoil model attached with tailored flaps was designed to study the Rayleigh-Ludwieg instability by tailoring a four-vortex wake system. By means of PIV measurement in a water towing tank, the interaction process and circulation evolution of the wake system were obtained systematically. The circulation remains was reduced to ca. 40% after 43 wingspans which proved the application potentials of this method in alleviating the wake vortex.

Abstract: Ontology has be applied in many fields, such as data integration, system interoperability, etc. At present, there are many ontology extraction methods based on relational database, but they all assume that the database schema is at least in third normal form (3NF). A set of improved rules to extract ontology is presented in this paper. The ontology generated is described with the OWL language. Compared with other existing methods, this approach can be able to identify a variety of strategies about non-normalized design of relational databases and deal with them, while none of existing methods can identify all of them. The results show that our method provides a more accurate process of ontology learning from non-normalized relational database.

Abstract: In this paper, applying planar straightness error assessment methods, in other words, the principle of minimum conditions and roundness error approach, further more, the least square circle will be used to the idea of space. By establishing the two space mathematical models to deal with the long-tube straightness error. It dramatically solves the problem to the space straightness error. In practice, the use of the ideas of the software can gain high accurate and high precise data, it can also consistent with the actual situation.

Abstract: There are many characters in power distribution and utilization business such as transparent transmission, centralized transmission, various types etc, which cause network delay, severe congestion, and bandwidth resources waste. First, this paper studies and analyzes the needs of power distribution and utilization business, then combined with comprehensive evaluation model, the membership of each power distribution and utilization business is decided, which reflects the reliability and real-time performance of power distribution and utilization business synthetically. According to the value of membership, each business data flow is distinguished by different identifications which change the transparent transmission mode and realize the purpose of network participation.

Abstract: the paper briefly introduces the history on HRMIS (Human Resource Management Information System) applied on higher education, then describes the research on HRMIS and give their advantage and disadvantage. With more MIS (Management Information System), such as teaching, finance, science research systems building up, HRMIS have to face the challenges: accessing some information from the other information system or supplying information for the others. Because of shortcoming in direct data sharing, the paper brings up a solution base on SOA which can supply data in safe an simple way. The paper sets up the framework and gives the further research direction.

Abstract: This paper analyzed the typical architecture of geographic information sharing system based on GML spatial data, pointed out the security risks existed in the network transmission process of the GML spatial data and drawbacks of the existing security transport mechanisms in such a shared system. Further, the paper elaborates on advantages of encrypting the GML data using XML Encryption technology and the encryption process of the GML spatial data. On this basis, the paper gives an application example which encrypts all or part of spatial data in GML documents by the XML Encryption technology.

Abstract: In the market, there was only specific software for network simulation or traffic simulation. They were expensive and could not support the routing simulation for vehicular network. In order to solve the problem, typical wireless ad hoc routings for vehicular network was researched in the free network simulation software NS2. The obstacle model and node mobile model were added. The nodes moved in random speed and direction on the road. Then the typical wireless ad hoc routings such as DSR (dynamic source routing), DSDV(destination sequenced distance vector) and AODV (ad hoc on-demand distance vector routing) were researched in the environment. The network packet loss rate and end to end delay time were compared and analyzed under the different situation whether obstacles block the radio. If obstacles did not block the radio and number of nodes was enough, DSDV had higher packet loss rate and the three routings had relatively low delay time. So DSR and AODV were more suitable for vehicular network. If the obstacles blocked the radio, the three routing routings had high packet loss rate. They needed to further advancement. This study provided a routing research idea for vehicular network and laid a foundation for further research.

This paper discusses the requirement analysis and modeling of automobile stamping parts management information system based on use case. Starting from analyzing its business flow diagram, the system activity (actor) and its candidate requirements reflecting from its feature checklist are recognized. Abstract: To improve the precision and speed of the system, a new 16-electrode electrical capacitance tomography (ECT) system based on DSP was designed. The measure system adopts 16 electrodes combined and floating capacitance sensor array, and with the phase located loop circuit to eliminate ECT systems additional phase error. The digital signal processor (DSP) is the core of data acquisition system, the computing and control unit includes a DSP (TMS320C5416) and a complex programmable logic device (CPLD). The communication module of the designed system is developed based on HPI parallel transmission technology, which can implement high-speed communication between ECT system and PC. Simulation results show that the sensitivity distribution was more uniform and the reconstructed images for objects were improved obviously by using 16-combined and floating electrodes sensor.
