Abstract: HNC designs a theoretical framework for machine to understand the meaning of natural language and offers different ways to represent concepts. We use Synset-Lexeme Anamorphosis Method to enrich the framework. Abstract: Language endangerment is deteriorating under the background of globalization. In the information era, the preservation of endangered languages is more urgent and important than before. The best preservation of the endangered languages is to study them. Based on the traditional research, a new system of the preservation of the endangered languages should be explored by using modern technology. This paper deals with this problem by taking Tujia language as an example.

Abstract: Cepstrum method is a traditional characteristic parameter detection algorithm in the modern in the speech signal processing . it is one of the speech signal using the cepstrum features, to detect the representation glottis incentive cycle pitch information.In order to eliminate the influence of the fundamental frequency harmonic, we utilize the homomorphism solution volume technology, getting smooth spectral envelope.While the artical analyses cepstrum from out of the signal deleted to the short time window , detect speech signal pitch information;Then the signal of Fourier transform, take the logarithmic spectrum amplitude envelope, to analyze the speech signal formant parameters. The speech signal characteristic parameters have higher accuracy than ones from the traditional cepstrum method.

Abstract: Over the last years, with the rapid development of 3D Web technologies, such as Web3D, HTML5 and WebGL, have allowed complex 3D scenes to be rendered interactively, within a web browser. Compared to the traditional virtual training system, the traing system with WebGL, which requires no explicit installation plug-in and is able to achieve cross-platform easily, is getting more and more popular. This foundation has made it possible to build powerful the virtual acupuncture training system. However, designing and implementing a complete virtual training system using WebGL is not straightforward and complex. In this paper, the author presents a virtual acupuncture training system that using WebGL and Three.js 3D Engine. It can be used to learn acupuncture, and also give ordinary people a reference. Our experiment result shows that WebGL and Three.js 3D Engine can easily support the virtual acupuncture training system, and have a good response. By using this system, the trainers can be more familiar with the acupoint of the human body. At the same time, the trainer will improve his ability in acupuncture therapy. We also hope to provide some references for the development of the virtual training system.

Abstract: Textual language information processing is the computer processing on the form and meaning of natural information. At present, the researches mainly focus on some special fields, such as word segmentation and part-of-speech tagging, etc. But until now, the achievements can hardly meet the needs of the computer automatic understanding on natural language. From this point, we should process the language meaning to achieve the deep knowledge acquisition and inference of the language information processing with the help of detailed analysis of sentence semantic structure and cognitive system based on the corpus. Basing on the existential sentence but not strictly clinging to the special existential sentence, that is, taking the view of general existential sentence, this paper extends its objects to the dynamic sentence, which denotes the existence, appearance or disappearance of something in some place. But taking the length into consideration, this paper merely emphasizes on the general existential sentence of V-Construction, whose common types are something in some places V or something V in some place, analyses not only its syntax and semantics, but also the reasons of the V-Construction from the cognitive perspective, and provides the resources for the computer to handle the semantic knowledge offered by Chinese. Through the quantitative statistics and qualitative inorganic analysis, the correlativity between dynamic and static existential sentence of V-Construction can be obtained, meanwhile, the sentence system of V-Construction can also be constructed.

Abstract: This paper, focusing on the two-level supply chain with one supplier and one retailer, tries to set up a supply chain information sharing model with characteristics of the Stackelberg game to analyze whether the retailer and the supplier share the supply chain information. Meanwhile, it deals with the designation of the coordination mechanisms of the supply chain with characteristics of the Stackelberg game, on the basis of the study on the characteristics of the Stackelberg game and the coordination theory of the supply chain.

Abstract: A cylindrical fluorescent lamp driven by a surface-wave sustained plasma (SWP) generator designed in our lab is researched. A technique to diagnose the SWP plasma column is introduced. Principal physical properties, ion density and electron temperature and the luminance of a fluorescent lamp were studied. Influence factors of luminance such as the microwave power, the gas pressure were studied. The radial distribution of luminance and ion density was also researched. The results show the SWP column is able to generate plasma of about 3ev electron temperature and 1017 m-3 ion density. It is found that the luminance at 200 mm above the base can be about 8000 cd/m2. The luminance changes with the microwave power and the pressure.
