Abstract: In this article, we propose the matching pursuit algorithm of combinatorial optimization based CGLS and LSQR. We use non-negative matrix factorization for measuring discrepancy of solution sequence between CGLS and LSQR, and represent combinatorial optimization based CGLS and LSQ to choose optimal solution sequences. The experiments indicate our method is extended to the case where target signal has been corrupted by noise, it demonstrate perfectly recovery ability of signal with noise.

Abstract: Language Information Processing has to achieve the goal of automated label of word meaning. To realizing this aim one of the chief tasks is construction of synonym synset. Functional synonym is faced with two big problems: scientific description and construction of synset. This article, taking mingming, xianran in Mandarin and obviously, clearly in English as examples, introduces the methods of translation frequency and semantic map model to construct and describe functional synonym synset which shared by human and computer.

Abstract: Through the establishment of evaluation model based on principal component analysis, select 8 principal components from nearly 30 indexes of wine grape. Then we establish the multiple linear regression model and analyse the association between physicochemical indexes of wine grape and wine, and the influence of physicochemical indexes of wine grape and wine on wine quality. Finally study whether we could use the physicochemical indexes to evaluate the wine quality.

Abstract: In this paper, we modify some interface functions of the open source high quality MPEG audio decoder library (MAD) based on the Mediastreamer2 structure. The MP3 player system can support the normal playing of the local audio files at the same time of decoding. Under the test of S3C6410, the system designing in playing the local MP3 files is available, and with a lower utilization ratio of RAM and CPU.

Abstract: In the developmental process of software development methods, there are many issues to need to be studied. In these issues, part of the issues is very important for the development of software development method. Such as: about the applicability of software development method, about the flexibility of software development method, about the reliability of the software development method, therefore, these issues need to be focus of study. The case to enhance applicability, flexibility and reliability of the software development method in the past is studied. The way enhancing applicability, flexibility and reliability of the software development method in the future is studied. In order to enhance the applicability of software development method, two ways be proposed. A way is to research and build some of the software development methods, and their scope of application is broad. Another way is to study and build some of the software development methods, and their scope of application is single. In order to enhance the flexibility of software development method, two ways be proposed. A way is to improve existing traditional software development method. Another way is innovation. In order to enhance the reliability of software development method, three ways be proposed. First way is to improve the existing formal method. Abstract: This paper puts forward one kind of profit and loss computation model based on the Markov chain for the data synchronization application between data subset and application system on university information platform. The data synchronization Markov model of multi-link is given, computation model based on the profit or loss of the stationary distribution of multi-link is deduced, and whether to upgrade a single link to a multi-link is changed from qualitative interpretation into quantitative calculation.

Abstract: Experiment is one of the important steps in education. In the course of Computer Equipment Experiment,because the frequent disassembly and assembly is easy to damage the computer. The VRML technology can construct virtual scenes and realize the interactions between users and virtual scenes, users can skim over and interact with the virtual scenes. Technology of virtual reality can simulate computer equipment experiment and to resolve these problems.The article introduces the design and realization of virtual computer equipment experiment established on the basis of VRML technology,then specify the common technique of optimizing application. The function of simulated experiment with the character of appropriate human-computer interactivity was realized, the result achieves the goals of teaching.

Abstract: Recently the power grid at home and abroad are faced with the challenge of natural disasters, to guarantee the safe and stable operation of power grid is the key. In this paper, through the grid risk identification and vulnerability analysis, the degrees of power grid risk in different regions are presented. According to index selection principle, natural disaster risk assessment index system for power grid is put forward. The interpretation of the indexes are made. It provides a theoretical support for natural disaster risk assessment for power grid in the future.

Abstract: Workflow is becoming a more and more important tool for business operations, scientific research and engineering. Cloud computing provides an elastic, on-demand and high cost-efficient resource allocation model for workflow executions. During workflow execution, the load will change from time to time and therefore, it becomes an interesting topic to optimize resource utilization of workflows in the cloud computing environment. In this paper, a workflow framework is proposed that can adaptively use cloud resources. In detail, after users specify the desired goal to achieve, the proposed workflow framework then monitors the workflow execution, and utilizes different pricing models to acquire cloud resources according to the change of workflow load. In this way, the cost of workflow execution is reduced.
